We welcome you, your family, and friends to The Seascape, our home in Clearwater. Only 4 minutes from the Phillies Spring Training Stadium & 14 minutes from Clearwater Beach. We can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a pullout couch in the living room. This is the perfect house for a large family or multiple families who want to stay close to the beach. We have everything you need for your stay!

Our spacious, beach styled 3 bedroom house is the perfect vacation home. It is cozy, homey, and is near the #1 Best Beach - Clearwater Beach. Our home is conveniently located - only 1 minute away from the grocery store!

We have super-fast WiFi if you will be working during your vacation. Netflix provided. You can add your own streaming channels to the smart TVs. TV located in living room & TV in the master bedroom.

You'll have access to our entire home. The washer and dryer are located in the garage for guest's use. Leaf blower available too, if necessary. We have lots of trees & you'll see leaves falling in Feb/March almost continuously.

We are in a residential area, close by to schools & shops. Early morning & mid-afternoon, speed limit is 15mph due to the school zone. We have a large driveway that can accommodate 3 vehicles. It also makes it easy to do a 3 point turn for a safe exit onto the main road. Our neighbors are regular working folks who need quiet after 10pm for a good night's sleep. You may hear a barking dog every now & again since a couple of neighbors own pets. If you are a light sleeper, it is suggested to bring earplugs as you may hear road-noise, birds & neighboring pets.

Disclaimer: 1) We are located on the main road with a 35mph limit. However, we have a very large driveway for easy in/out. But, you can expect to hear some road noise.

2) There is a step in the middle of the home that divides the living room/dining room. Please walk cautiously and watch children and infants. There are only tiles in this home.

3) There is a laundromat across the street & you may notice what looks like "loitering." Expect to see people waiting around for clothes to wash/dry.

4)This is a no-smoking property. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged the full damage fee.

5) This is a no-party-property. No parties, with outside guests, for any reason is allowed. If you are found to have a party, you'll be charged the full damage fee and up to $500 additional cleaning fee.
