The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were clean and it was well represented on VRBO. The password was unclear and that was frustrating because we got in and needed important information from the internet. We had to contact Julie to get started. When we looked at past comments others had the same problem. Hopefully that problem will be fixed.

The condo was in excellent condition, clean and well kept. Julie was immediately responsive to questions. I had need for an iron which I could not locate. Julie quickly went to work to make one available for me (I ultimately found the one described in the VRBO listing in the closet).

Wonderful!

Julie’s place was a wonderful stay, a home away from home. The place had everything we needed for the week. Beds were comfortable. Scenery was great. Pool and hot tub were available the entire stay, very relaxing. Julie is an amazing person, understanding and communicates well for a seamless stay.

Comfortable and clean

Julie’s place was a nice retreat after a full day of visiting, touring, and dining. The condo is very clean and had plenty of space for my husband and I. The location was perfect for us.

Great place that's home away from home!

Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe. Really enjoyed our stay even though it was short. Julie was awesome to deal with and we would stay again. Highly recommend!!

Nice place for our need

We stayed here for three nights in March. It is centrally located for hiking, baseball and Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin visits. The apartment includes many helpful touches, such as an espresso machine, change for the washer/drier and extra toiletries and laundry soap, etc. My only suggestions would be to include a map of the complex to inform the location of the pool, laundry facilities and trash cans. Also, the apartment smelled of cigarettes though it is supposed to be a non-smoking facility.

The building is a non pet/non smoking building, sometimes if patio doors are open people smoking outside you’d probably smell it from patio, the unit itself has no smell of cigarettes after cleaning crew is done I personally go and check unit..there is a heavy fee for smoking in unit..

Nice condo

Great condo, very minor complaints, more positive reviews.First off the apartment is in a quiet area of Scottsdale.. I arrived late at night and based on first appearance, i didnt have high hopes however once inside the condo i was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Parkimg js abundant. Huge balcony, marble floors, modern kitchen. clean bathroom and decent bed. Very quiet and nicely appointed with tons of everyday kitchen supplies. I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.Only cons.. jf you arrive late, it is very hard to see where to go. Check in was difficult with vey poor directions on fhe room or where the trash or pool were located. They need to update the screen doors because they are falliinf off the track. Wi fi is not good because its shared with the hotel next door.. The TvS are too small and need to be updated. Also the toilet kept running all night due to a bad flap.Overall i would stay here again! Minor issues however more benefits that outway the negatives..

Clean, nice layout, and everything was as-described in the VRBO description. Julie was great with communication and her condo provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some great restaurants - breakfast, lunch and dinner - within a short driving distance (or 25 minute walk if you're up for it). Thanks for everything, Julie!
