A garden facin les Drus: chalet in Les Praz

An authentic and comfortable chalet composed of two apartments, ideally located in the village of Les Praz, quiet while being close to the Flégère gondola (400m) and Chamonix center (5/10 minutes by bus). You will find everything you will need in the village (grocery store, bakery, ski equipment rental, bus) and can enjoy many activities in summer (18-hole golf course, hiking, playgrounds) and in winter (skiing , cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) without taking the car!

The chalet is composed of two independent apartments, with an entrance, a laundry room and a garden of 1000 m2 in common:
- a garden level with a bedroom, an en-suite shower room and a large living/dining room, as well as an extra bed and a sofa bed.
- the first and second floors composed of 4 bedrooms, two shower rooms, a dining kitchen, a terrace and a living room
