Mountain Breeze at Cliffs Resort in Branson MO - This two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental is located in the luxurious Cliffs Resort and offers breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains while still being close to all the action of Branson.

This spacious condo features two bedrooms one with king size bed and other with a queen bed. The living and dining areas are bright and airy with lots of natural light and plenty of seating for your group. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to make your stay comfortable.

Take in the view from the balcony or relax in the pool or hot tub. Spend your days exploring the local attractions or take a short drive to Branson's famous shows and attractions. Silver Dollar City is So close!

This is a great condo! We loved the condo, it provided everything we needed and featured stunning views. The only thing I would say is that furniture in the main living area could be updated.

Loved the area and views. Saw deer off our deck several days. Unit was was accurately described. Clean, nice amenities. Close to activities but still in a quiet peaceful setting. Just a note - if there are folks in the upper unit, you can hear them moving around but it wouldn’t stop us from booking again.

Great experience!

Overall we had a great experience! Check in was great, and easy to do. We travelled with a 9,9 & 5 yr old and it was seamless. House was clean and ready to be stayed in. There did seem to be some maybe water damage in the master bedroom window that was visible from inside. We are silver dollar city season pass holders and the close location made it really easy to come and go from the park, but it was also a reasonable drive to some of the local hot spots for food. Overall we would stay here again and were very happy with the experience.

Extended weekend

Great spot. We have stayed here a number of times. Everything is wonderful. It was a very busy weekend with a lot of families ( which is awesome ). No ones fault other than contruction I guess, but it sounds like the people above are coming through the floor! Not their fault as they have young kids who are excited to be on vacation and have no idea it is that loud below. Seems like normal walking can be heard. All good! We will be back!

Unit could have been cleaned better. Dusty vent cover, some mold in front bathroom shower and balcony had cigarette butts on it. Coffee maker took forever to make 5 cups of coffee so we went to Walmart and bought one.

Family fun get away

I received a call from Sunset Realty rep the morning we were to arrive. The reservation process was very professional with emails along the way for confirmation and detailed instructions. This is on the main level no stairs. I could hear people walking above but that’s normal and it was by not bad. So close to Silver Dollar City which was nice as this was one of our destinations planned for the trip. Pool was closed (which is nothing against Sunset Realty at all) but opened back up and we were able to enjoy more than once. I would stay again.

Nice condo. Pricey hassle.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the condo was very nice. We have stayed at the Cliffs before, right next to Silver Dollar City which we frequent. For the most part, the condo was clean although there were a few dishes in the cabinets that were not completely clean. The hassle was the management company. The rent was not out of line for the condo, but then there was a service fee of $300. Unfortunately, I booked too late or I would have looked elsewhere. Then I received a three page rental agreement, which I have never had before anywhere I stayed. Then over the next couple weeks, I received a dozen emails with various instructions or promotions. Then there was the threats of various charges. If you don't empty the trash, it's a $100 fine. If you don't do the dishes, it's a $100 fine. If you don't do this or that, it's a $100 fine. And don't contact us on off-hours unless it's an absolute emergency, or it's a $100 fine. Whether all these policies were the management company or the owner, but I would look elsewhere.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We do not charge a service fee of $300. You booked through a third party website/ RedAwning, and they charge fees that we do not have anything to do with. As far as the various charges you mentioned, we have to add these disclaimers to keep people from trashing the units we manage. They are not threats, and we rarely have to charge anyone thankfully because of the disclaimers. The charge for after hours calls is $25 for non-emergencies. You would be surprised how many times our emergency line gets called at midnight, for questions like, "where is the nearest pizza delivery?" So in order to keep that as an Emergency Only line, we added the $25 disclaimer. We hope this response sheds some light on your complaints. We always try to encourage people to call us directly during normal business hours to book units and avoid extra fees. Please let us know if we can help you with a booking in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay for the spring break and this lovely condo has a great view to enjoy at the balcony. Just wish the living room has more comfortable couch which would make this condo as a perfect vacation gateway. I will come back for next vacation and refer this condo to my family and friends.

Branson vacation experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for all entertainment, beautiful location and the view from our deck was wonderful. I did notice in the living room large stain on the ceiling and could use some work and repainted. I think the refrigerators ice dispenser was driving slightly and overflowing and was getting the floor wet. I noticed when we got ready to leave. Overall what a wonderful experience and stay.
