Welcome to Les Gîtes de l'Odet, a peaceful and welcoming place for families seeking tranquility and nature in southern Finistère.

Our bright studio, renovated and tastefully decorated, is located in the countryside, just a few minutes from the beaches of Bénodet, the charming port of St Marine, and close to Quimper, Concarneau, Pont l'Abbé, Le Guilvinec, and the magnificent Glénan Islands.

This accommodation is perfect for families. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children between the ages of 7 and 15. It features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) for the parents and 2 single beds on a loft (not suitable for adults) accessible via a ladder.

The setting is ideal for recharging as a family after a day at the beach, a stroll in St Marine or Le Guilvinec, a spot of beachcombing, or a cultural visit to Quimper or Concarneau.

Surrounded by nature, our property offers a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. Children can play and run freely while parents relax in the garden. Depending on the season, we share the fruits of our garden: apples, plums, raspberries, kiwis, walnuts... You’ll find all the comforts you need for a family stay.

The studio is attached to another rental but is not overlooked. It features a private garden area with a Weber grill, patio furniture, and outdoor games, as well as a private parking space.

We can provide a bike shed. A baby kit can be provided free of charge upon request.

The heated pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. It is secure and shared exclusively with guests staying at the estate. Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., it’s the perfect way for the whole family to unwind after an excursion to the Glénan Islands, a swim at Bénodet Beach, or a stroll through St. Marine or the port of Guilvinec.

Many activities are available on-site: table tennis, swings, badminton, volleyball, soccer, Mölkky, Breton shuffleboard... .

These services are included to ensure a hassle-free stay: Bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels are provided, along with cleaning supplies, free Wi-Fi, and access to books, board games, and DVDs.
Morning maintenance of the garden and pool is provided. Here are a few points from our house rules and cancellation policy: To ensure peace and comfort for everyone, pets are not allowed, the accommodation and pool area are non-smoking, and parties are not permitted. Cancellations are accepted up to 15 days before arrival from October to March and up to 45 days before arrival from April to September.
