This apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people.One bedroom with built-in storage (140-cm bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 1–2 people (135/190) separated from the spacious and bright dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, and stovetop) opening onto the balcony, where you can enjoy peaceful meals with a lovely view of the sea! You’ll have Wi-Fi, a TV, and a selection of card and board games! A guide to local highlights and places to explore will be waiting for you upon arrival (zoo, traditional village, restaurants, notable sites such as the islands of Aix, Oléron, and Ré…)! Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee. The mandatory checkout cleaning fee is €65, but this does not exempt you from daily upkeep. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed to avoid any allergy issues for future guests! Linen options are available for an additional fee. During the season, the property is available from Saturday at 4:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM.
