The pink marble bathroom features a bathtub; there is also a separate shower room with a washing machine (bath towels are not provided). A spacious living room with a Gard stone fireplace opens onto the street via a balcony. This villa is located 800 m from downtown and is not overlooked by neighbors. Smoking is permitted outdoors, and pets are not allowed.
