- A living room of 15 m² with TV, non-convertible sofa (which can be used as two beds, no side-by-side sleeping) and dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace facing South West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A green space shared with the other rentals of the residence.

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the apartment: walks or bike rides on the coast, walk along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum...
We advise you to go to the beautiful market in the center on Tuesday and Friday.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the secure outdoor parking lot that can accommodate 1 vehicle.

- Bus : green bus Nomadcar Line 3 : Annelles, Courseulles sur mer, Caen train station. Monday to Saturday.
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located 20 km away (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport located at 20 km (29 minutes by car).

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
