Apartment Theuriet - Lake Annecy

Charming duplex, located in Talloires, 9 km south of Annecy.
Talloires is considered as the most beautiful village on the shores of the lake.
The apartment is in an old house, in the heart of the village, a few minutes walk from its beaches and its small marina.
The village has all the necessary shops on the spot. You can also do your shopping on foot.
Furnished in a personal and warm way, in the spirit of a Savoyard village house. It has old-fashioned wooden floors and a small balcony in front of the house with a table and two chairs for romantic dinners for two in the open air.
Its two bedrooms have a nice view of the mountains.
On the main level, accessible by a private staircase:
A hallway entrance,
The living room illuminated by a double French window on a small balcony,
The kitchen, independent equipped with: double sink with mixer tap, refrigerator with freezer, four electric plates stove, with oven, washing machine, cupboards.
The main bedroom (queen-size bed, in 1m80 for two people), with its shower-room illuminated by an opening window, including : A closed shower, a design sink, a toilet, cupboard and shelves.
On the upper level, accessible by a steep interior staircase:
A small bedroom in the attic (two single beds), with a small bathroom with sink and toilet.
The grounds are covered with wooden floors.
The small balcony in front receives a round table and two chairs, and offers a very beautiful sight on the old village and the mountains in the South of the lake.
The interior staircase is steep and not suitable for the very old or disabled. Very young children require the active and responsible supervision of parents.

In a very quiet hamlet and close to the shops by foot or by car.
Please note that parking spaces in the center of the village are not free.
We provide you with : shower gel - shampoo - soap - toilet paper - coffee capsules.
You can enjoy a nice view on the mountains.

Beautiful mountain walks are accessible from the village or a few minutes by car (Forclaz pass, Cher rock, Angon waterfall, Lanfon teeth, La Tournette ....).
You will be 20 minutes by car from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva.
A bus stop is located at 100 meters from the house allowing access to the stations of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, or a line allowing access to Annecy.

For water sports, you will be a few minutes walk from the paddles and pedal boats rentals, the water ski club and the sailing club.
We will be available throughout your stay, we also offer catering services, outdoor activities, cleaning during your stay, laundry, etc...
