Gorgeous beach & Gulf views from this spectacular 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury home. Located just steps to the beach with easy access. This spectacular newer home offers all the amenities to make your holiday memorable.

The reverse floor plan allows for amazing views of the beach. The top floor of this house comprises of an open living, dining & kitchen space as well as a beach side deck and powder bath. A spiral staircase leads to your roof-top sundeck with panoramic water views of both the beach AND the bay. Two King bedrooms are on this top level also with a shared bath.

Just one level up brings you to a sunlit den/additional living room. The master bedroom on this floor offers views of the beach as well as a spacious, ensuite master bath with large, glass shower. The second bedroom on this level also offers an ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms (king & full sized bunk) on this floor have a "Jack & Jill" bath with double sinks and a shared tub/shower.

The private backyard offers lush landscaping and a great pool. A shady, covered dining area, bar, an additional flat screen TV and grill make this pool area hard to leave!

All bedrooms offer smart, wireless streaming flat screen TVs. Wireless 5G internet. Pets allowed w/fee. Home sleeps up to 16. Parking for 4 cars. There is no elevator with this home/stairs only.

Some hiccups

The house is gorgeous and perfectly situated across from a beautiful beach. We enjoyed our stay but had to deal with a few issues. The thermostats on the second and third floors both had to be replaced because the old ones kept resetting the temperature to 80 degrees! The dishwasher leaked, and the fridge stopped producing ice halfway through our stay. The property management did their best and were extremely courteous and attentive. But overall the issues lasted for three of our four days, and several of us felt that it kind of overshadowed our vacation having to deal with the weekend manager and two different repairmen.

Wonderful family vacation!

The house is great! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. The pool area was our favorite. Location is excellent. Just make sure that you are ok with stairs because there is a lot of them.

Family Trip

We had a great family vacation at this house. 14 of us ranging in age from 16 to 80. Plenty of room to hang out, great kitchen with everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We all enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. The beds were all very comfortable & the house was decorated beautifully. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location and Plenty of Space

Beautiful location, easy to interact with Mike Norman’s team, very spacious house with plenty of beds and bathrooms! Only complaint would come from payment process discrepancies between VRBO and Mike’s teams invoicing which led me to pay a few hundred more than what was shown on this site.

Perfect beach house

Great property and very convenient to the beach, bay and many restaurants. The house was large enough for 13 adults and 2 children and we never felt crowded. The pool was great for after the beach. The hot tub was very relaxing. Would recommend renting a golf cart to get around. The house was very close to Bridge Street and restaurants and bars. Also was a short 10 minute golf cart ride to the North end of Anna Maria Island. Publix and Walmart are within 10 minutes. The beach is a short less than 5 minute walk and the house well stocked with plenty of chairs, wagons, beach toys etc. Rooftop terrace had amazing sunset views. Also could see the beautiful ocean and the bay.

Fantastic house!

Everything about the stay and the hotel was optimal. The only issue was that they require you to go to the office to pick up the key. Door codes would be much preferable.

Just perfect

Amenities were pleasant and clean with sufficient accessories to cook with and head to the beach with. Pool area is just perfect to sit around and lounge. 13 of us never felt crowded. One block to the beach.

Beach trip

Location was wonderful and convenient to get to the beach and access to the store and restaurants in the area. Property was clean and spacious--kids enjoyed the beach during the day and the pool at night. Great experience!

Beautiful house, great location!

I stayed here with a group of friends while in town for a friend’s wedding in Longboat Key. The house is right across from the beach, easy walking access to downtown shops & restaurants, and perfect layout for a mixed group of couples and single guests. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent location, great beach supplies

Perfect fit for our large family group. The beach was just across the street - easy to go back and forth all day. We especially appreciated all the beach toys - wagons full of chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, plenty of towels.

Family reunion

Great place for 10 adults. Close to beach and bay. Great for walking. Air conditioning was a problem, and the hot tub. But overall the house was wonderful.

Family Christmas

This property is beautiful and was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone had a bedroom even the small children. The two Jack and jill bathrooms were ideal for our two families with children. Beautiful area. Beautifully stocked house. Seems they thought of everything. We had a little trouble with the heated pool and spa. It may have been due to the rain we had the first day and the cool weather. We enjoyed it anyways. The short walk to the beach was ideal. Also, the fact that they stock it with beach chairs and toys was great. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Definitely a 5 star VRBO.

Anna Maria Island…. Go to 30A instead for a better , less expensive trip!!!

Had to pay VRBO fee then realtor fee on top of that. Sunday at four to Saturday at ten is not a week.

Best vaca ever!

Easy walk to an awesome beach that was 1 block away! The family had a blast in the pool that was super private and well maintained! The view from the house was fabulous. We really appreciated all the extras that were available for us to use including the beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. The house itself was excellent with all the bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family. We had 11 staying with us and there was room for more. We would love to make this a yearly trip, and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful beach house

Excellent location just short 1 block walk from the beach. Great ocean view from the balcony off the living area. We had 3 families with ages 1-66. There was plenty of room and especially great to have so many bathrooms. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. TVs and charging stations in each bedroom. Gaming system too. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and had a great pantry for storing your food. Nice towels, plenty of beach towels, and very comfortable beds. Had a roof top eating area with amazing views! Garage with ping- pong table and lots of beach chairs, a beach cart and wagon, and beach toys that you can use too! The owners thought of everything you would need for a great stay. Beautiful white sand beach with clear water and not too crowded. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Great Location, Beautiful Home!

Our stay at this house was great. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. The rooftop deck was an amazing place to eat dinner and watch the sunset. The house was well stocked with beach towels and beach chairs and toys for the beach. The pool area is amazing! The property management company was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this house!! Spacious, very clean (a priority for us), and so well done! Our large group spent many nights in the hot tub and pool along with watching the sun go down from the rooftop. Would highly recommend this property!

Amazing

This house was perfect for our group getaway to AnnaMaria Island. It was so close to beach and the view from the rooftop deck and living area was spectacular. The pool area was perfect for hanging out. We had enough sleeping space for 3 families. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy dinner at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer, enough beach chairs for 10pp and a wagons to bring stuff to the beach. Didn’t see that listed in description and it was nice to wash towels. We would recommend this house if you want a relaxing family vacation. It was amazing!
