Spacious ground level apartment 2 blocks from AT&T stadium within entertainment district (Six Flags, Texas Live, Globe Life Park). Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

Two bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with necessary pans/utensils is provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Wifi included to enhance your stay. Two free uncovered parking spots available with reservation.

We are a young couple who love to provide our guests with Texas hospitality.

It's really a 4.7

This is a cute little get-away, roomy and efficient in a safe neighborhood, and the price is right. Basic amenities are available. Fast Wifi is nice. It got a little noisy in the evening, but after 10pm it quieted down. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back next time we are in the area.

Great Location

The property itself was in decent shape. A few cosmetic flaws but that is to be expected in a rented unit. We had a downstairs unit and you could hear the upstairs tenants pacing back and forth for hours in the middle of the night, which made it hard to sleep at times. Could have been cleaned a little better (swept and mopped); microwave was dirty so I cleaned it before I used it. Couch was uncomfortable. Other than that, overall a good rental. We would stay here again though.

Outstanding Location!

You cannot be the location. It's 2 blocks from AT&T Stadium and 5 minutes from the Rangers Stadium along with the Convention Center. It's also close to tons of stores and restaurants. The property manager is exceptional! His communication was prompt and helpful. He cares a ton about his customers and about his small business. I was more than happy to support him and his family. The property is fine. The pictures make it look more kept up than it is. However, everything works and the beds were comfortable. The price is aligned perfectly with the property. I would book it again if I was coming down with my buddies to go to a game. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Very unclean. Cigarette smoke smell. Bad part of town.

I have never left a bad VRBO review. But here is an account of my experience: 1. Sketchy neighborhood. House next door is run-down. A male watched us, hawk-like, as we unloaded. A female approached us to ask questions about a dog. Given her mannerisms, countenance, and lack of cogency I suspect she was on a substance. I cannot prove it, but I suspect the dog was feigned cover to get information about us (clearly we were travelers and could not have had a local dog). The apartment parking lot is possibly a site for trafficking. 2. Cigarette smell. In the entire apartment, especially strong in back bedroom. Yuck. 3. Nasty dust. The wet-ish kind, that sticks together. All the ceiling ventilation fans were caked in it, also the wall behind the washer/dryer. Found a human hair on the tub side. 4. Dirty kitchen floor. Our cooler dribbled water. I wiped it up to find a dark paper towel. Yuck. 5. Noisy. Police sirens. Other people in the 4-plex—can hear arguing and people transiting the staircase. 6. At 9:30 pm, we decided to take the kids and go to a reputable hotel. Cost us $600+, but worth it. 7. Creepy neighbors. We extricated ourselves from the apartment and loaded up the car. There was a male standing in the dark up against the building, watching us. There was no plausible reason to be standing in a parking lot at that hour. In total, my “spidey senses” told me this place had something "very bad" afoot. We couldn’t get out fast enough.

Concert

The apartment was very close to the venue for our concert and Texas Live. The property met our needs for the time we were there. The property was clean and spacious. The property does need some work on the walls, some paint and the beds need upgrading. That wouldn’t stop us from renting again at some point.

ATT Stadium

This property is well maintained and within 5 minutes walking distance to the stadium. The neighborhood was pleasant and no noise during the night. The hosts checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a cozy apartment in a great location. It was perfect for our needs on this quick weekend getaway to SixFlags. Owners are very communicative and hospitable.

Serviceable

If you are looking for a place to crash before or after a game, this place will work great. We are a family who was looking for a comfortable space to quarantine for 48 hours prior to an event happening nearby. It was affordable, quiet, and met our needs. However, we were disappointed by the general ambience of the place. The unit itself was not what I would consider relaxing or comfortable and seems a bit neglected and in need of some TLC: walls need painting and repair, the dishwasher is not properly mounted and rocks forward and backward when opened or closed, and the vent in the bathroom did not work properly.The furnishings were sparse and lacking in comfort. The cushioning in all chairs and the sofa were shot so that when you sat on them you sank way down.

The apartment is in a small four plex apartment. It is clean and nicely redone, but within an older building. We rent each of the four apartments out on Airbnb.
