Newly Remodeled Craftsman on 1 acre! Come relax and enjoy some small town living

Come enjoy this newly remodeled 100yr old home on an acre parcel! No better spot to drink coffee than on a walk on the property just off your back deck. 2nd to that is the porch swing for 2. Two bedrooms on the main level w/ a comfy couch that pulls out for a 3rd sleeping area. One of the bedrooms has bunkbeds & a crib. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs is the master suite with privacy for a romantic getaway! We are just 20 min from Olympia, 30 minutes from Westport and 40 minutes from Ocean Shores. We are nestled just outside of Montesano and minutes away from Elma. Two wonderful small towns with all the amenities needed.

This is the third year we stayed at this house. We love the kitchen dining and family room all one big open room. Great location to visit family. Jason is an excellent manager. Really enjoy this house!

What a delightful experience staying in this beautiful well stocked home perfect for a family or friends having a home base and going out for daily adventures. The kids were so excited to come home every day and have a cozy place to relax and stay. It’s also so beautiful outside wish we had more time to enjoy the house more lol. It’s so refreshing to stay in a home that feels like a real home. You can feel the intention and thoughtfulness. Will definitely be back for more adventures!

This was the second time we had the privilege of staying at Jason’s home. The house is in a great location and very comfortable for 7 people aged 1-68. He has continued to add more to his home: a bridge across a stream and lots of activities to do in nature. He was always available to answer our questions, and in a quick amount of time. We truly enjoy visiting Montesano and staying here!

Wonderful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Exactly as noted: beautiful remodeled home, great layout, comfy beds & kitchen was well stocked. Jason answered our pre-arrival questions and even checked in with us during our stay to see how it was going. Highly recommend this property.

Exactly what we were looking for

Wonderful place to stay with large family including infants. The gorgeous craftsman house has been artfully updated with the same classic character. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Relaxing

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful and relaxing house. My kids loved playing and exploring in the back yard during the day and cuddling up and watching movies at night. This house is perfect for a family getaway!

Awesome house

This house is newly renovated, and was really clean. Owner was great too. He answered all our questions, had a toaster dropped at front door, and even gave us ideas for area siteseeing.

Exactly what we needed

Here for work with a small crew, this house worked perfectly and is much better and cheaper then putting everyone in a hotel!!! The host was great as well. Very responsive

Comfortable and Cozy

We were in Wishkah for a weddding and stayed at this beautiful home. It was clean and adequately stocked for our long weekend getaway. Jason checked in with us and made sure everything was up to par. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your darling house with us!

Washington trip

Property was very pleasant. If you have a large group, request the hot water tank be turned up to provide adequate hot water for showers. Home is beautifully renovated and has a wonderful yard/forest behind. Amenities were great.

Lovely home

Comfortable and homey. Listing included a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The walk on the property was about 6 feet into a thick mass of trees. However, there was an inviting firepit available. Everything was very clean except for a few cobwebs above one bed. The host was wonderful! He was readily available for every question. It was a comfortable stay and we would love to revisit.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable

This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. We have probably stayed at least 12 across the nation. It was clean and newly renovated. The updates were well done leaving the charm of an older home. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. All of us fit on the huge sofa when we watched movies. The kitchen was well stocked for our meals. The table was large which was perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom upstairs felt like a retreat. The yard was quiet and quaint with a small woodsy area to explore. We would love to rent it again if we are in the area.

Amazing renovation, comfortable space

This very cute bungalow has undergone a stunning, complete renovation. If you've ever renovated anything, you will likely be impressed by the quality of workmanship, tasteful application of modern features, and preservation of original details. The house was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our family of 5. There were spices and some other simple kitchen supplies (eg. oil, condiments). The home is very conveniently located close to town, where there is a nice grocery store. The back deck faces the fenced back yard, nice woods, and a little stream. The home is on a main country road near the edge of town, and as such, there is some noise from passing vehicles. However, the house has replacement windows and is well insulated. I am a rather light sleeper and running a white noise machine/box fan made it a non-issue. The host was very responsive, parking was easy, and the neighbor gave us a friendly hello one afternoon but was not intrusive. We would happily stay here again.

Great stay in wonderful property

This fully remodeled craftsman was just lovely. Recently remodeled, every detail was perfect. The kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were comfortable and linens were excellent. The 1 acre lot was wonderful. We visited during a heat wave in August, and we appreciated the fans and two window unit air conditioners. The communication with the property manager was great. We had a maintenance issue that came up during our stay and the property owner and maintenance team were on top of it and communicated well with us as the problem was resolved. The location was great with the beach and rainforest about 1 hour away.

Great craftsman house, with great host

Pictures on web accurate. Remodel was modern yet true to craftsman roots. Jason was very responsive to questions and reached out to us checking if we needed anything. Jason was very clear on everything. Location was great close to town. Overall a beautiful house great area wonderful host. This house is a charming find. Thank you Jason.

Best vacation rental yet!

I have stayed in many, many vacation rentals, and this house is absolutely the best I've ever stayed in. It has been fully and beautifully renovated, and it has everything you could possibly need! The kitchen is fully stocked, including numerous pantry items, seasonings, etc. The beds and fold-out couch are very comfortable, and the bedrooms even have white noise machines making sleeping in a new place so easy. As for cleanliness: it was immaculate. The host checked in on us and responded very quickly when I had a question. The PERFECT vacation rental!

Amazing space and host

Jason was so accommodating and had a lovely home that was clean and welcoming. It had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely return if in the area again in the future!
