We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Plumaudan, this charming house of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 25 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A 30 m² living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa bed and a TV, a pellet stove
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
On the 1st floor :
- A bedroom of 17 m² with a double bed, a dressing room and a desk area
- A 7m² bathroom with bathtub and toilet
On the 2nd floor :
- A 12m² bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet

Exterior:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair and cot.

The house is ideally located in Plumaudan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tourist visits, cruises, various nautical activities.
- At only 12 kilometers from the city of Dinan, medieval city with the port of the Rance where you can rent boats without license or canoes.
- 30 kilometers from the coast and its beaches: Dinard, Saint-Malo, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Briac-sur-Mer
- 40 kilometers from the Emerald Coast
- Events : medieval festivals organized in summer by the city of Dinan (12 km), Armor music festival in Bobital (3kms from the accommodation)

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly next to the house on places located close to the garden and being able to accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Dinan train station located at 17 minutes by car from the house
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at 47 minutes by car from the accommodation

- Animals accepted on request, supplement of 20€/stay (only one animal accepted), thank you to specify it at the reservation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- The stove is programmed by a technician for your comfort at 20°C with the fan set to speed 3.
To avoid any malfunction, please do not change these settings.
In the event of a malfunction, reprogramming (€140) would be necessary and this amount would be deducted from the deposit.
