Welcome to our Chamonix Chalet! Our house sits in a cul-de-sac, overlooking the forest, with majestic mountain views from the kitchen.
From the oversized attached double garage (multiple benches to gear-up in the morning), walk into the sprawling main open floor with cathedral ceilings. The entrance foyer has a convenient bench to remove your boots, plus hooks to accommodate your guest coats. Over stocked chef kitchen allows you to cook anything (Kitchen Aid mixer, Ninja blender, crockpot, gas stove, etc.); there is a large BBQ on the deck. Cement countertops and a large island with 4 stools make this space very guest friendly. Move onto the large dining table, seating up to 12 (one booster seat available), with benches and chairs.
The living room is centered around the 3-floor high fireplace, with 3 sofas and 2 leather lazy-chairs. There is also a desk nook for your working needs.
Walk-up the grand staircase up to the second floor, where the master bedroom (King) and Family master bedroom (King + 2 singles) have each a full ensuite bathroom. Take the private staircase up the 3rd floor to get to the secluded loft king bed.
In the 10ft ceiling walk out basement, ample natural light make the 2 bedrooms (2king beds + 2 twins) with ensuites feel like a real main floor, which is emphasized by the geothermal in-floor heating that runs through the whole house. The entertainment room has a large sectional sofa, rocking chair and a foosball table. You can access the large hot tub through either the TV room or the large laundry foyer (convenient sink, washer/dryer, benched and beer fridge!). The hot-tub overlooks the forest and surrounded by greenery.

- one of the fastest WIFI on the hill
- take the secret path from the back of the house to walk or ski to the Kicking Horse playground/street access to the resort. You will pass a small bridge and a river.
- X-country ski in-out from our back walk-out door
- walk a few meters to access the downhill skiing and main KH resort
- Cedar lake, in any season for hiking, biking, swimming
- TV in every bedroom
- we stock the basement shelf nook with kids games and books
