6 storey walk up Artist Loft in St. Denis

Quaint space with funky functionable furniture. Great office space for charging and using your laptop. WIFI always worked. Climbing in and out of the loft bed was easier than anticipated; we are 58. Bathroom with shower was good. Washer was easy to use. Fridge worked great. Street life below was excellent; there markets, bakeries and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere. Keeping the place cool was an issue when we were there but it was 30-35C outside.

Centrally Located

This apartment was perfect for my daughter and I during our Paris visit. The space is adorable and has everything you need. Honestly, there is so much to do and see in Paris; we spent very little time actually in the apartment. Our favorite thing about this space was the quaintness of the room…very Parisian. To future renters…this is a true 6 floor walk up. Be ready to climb some serious steps! To our host…one thing that would have been helpful is another fan. It was quite warm, even with the windows open.

Holidays in Paris

We loved this appartment. It was so quiet in this busy area, but we always were happy to come to this place after a busy sightseeing day and a good time in the 10. Arrondissement or somewhere around there. Many thanks to Olivier who gave us such a great time. If we come back to Paris, then to his place!

Nettes Appartement in toller Gegend

Das Viertel ist sehr angesagt, multikulturell mit vielen tollen Bars und Restaurants. Appartement liegt im 6. stock ohne Aufzug , Fitness inbegriffen. Unterm Dach wird es sehr heiss.

Loft Haven

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this quiet oasis above the lively city streets. This apartment offers lovely views out over Paris rooftops through windows that let in the morning sun and the afternoon breeze. Good eating options literally on the doorstep or the option of several fresh produce retailers to whip up something in the appartments small but well functioning kitchen. Olivier made the ‘check in’ really easy through clear instructions and was quick to respond to any queries.

Absolutely gorgeous!

I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay in Paris. Everything was squeaky clean, the apartment is a dream, the neighborhood offers a lot of restaurants and bars, very central, easy to get around. Olivier communicated promptly when I had a question. Very much recommend.

über den Dächern von Paris

Das Appartement ist einfach aber zweckmässig und mit Charme eingerichtet. Da es im sich sechsten Stock ohne Lift befindet ist es für gehbehinderte eine Herausforderung. Es liegt in einem sehr lebendigen Quartier. Metrostationen sind in fünf bis zehn Minuten erreichbar.

I would not recommend this property for more than 2 people. It states up to 4 people with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. First of all there is no bedroom, second a blow up mattress is not a bed which is not stated in the write up which I believe many people would pass on this studio. The place has potential but needs updates, the floors no matter where you walk or stand are creaky and loud. The space is definitely smaller than stated. This apartment is on the sixth floor but the owner forgets to mention there are no elevators so that means no matter what luggage you bring with you, you will have to lug it, which in our case was no easy task with 4 bags of luggage. Also the stairs themselves are narrow which makes lugging luggage even more difficult. Also if you you plan on doing any work while you are staying there keep in mind the internet is sub par (SLOW WIFI) just good enough to get by. I will say the location is good, it’s right next to a lot of shops and restaurants. But if I knew all of the negative things about this property I would have passed and went with another location.

Might have been the best place I’ve ever stayed at. The place was so cozy and cute with tons of amenities! Safe place for solo travelers. The view from the loft was incredible. Tons of restaurants, shops, metro stations, pharmacies, and cafes nearby. Be prepared for a lotta stairs to get to the apartment but totally worth it! I would definitely stay again

Bester Platz in Paris

Tolle Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet, genialer Ausblick und die Lage ist einfach klasse. Vieles in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Straße ist prima zum Essen gehen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Beautiful Art Loft in Paris

A wonderful quaint loft in Paris. The loft was very clean the area is very safe. The owner gave us great communication and was very accommodating and checked in to see that my daughter was safe and checked in ok. We appreciate his communication with us especially with our daughter traveling alone from the states.
