3 bdrm 2 bath duplex located in the historic West End district of downtown Winston Salem. This historic 1913 home has been completely renovated. Features a side porch with a view of downtown and rear deck. Convenience, convenience convenience.... Walking distance to the Arts District as well as multiple restaurants, bars and local shops. Minutes from Wake Forest, NC Baptist Hospital, BB&T Field. Includes Washer/Dryer, Cable TV and high speed internet.

Freshly updated to include new paint, refinished floors, new stainless steel appliances and the list goes on. Lots of special touches throughout the space such as custom bath vanities and unique lighting. Two bedrooms have a King bed and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

You have access to the entire space.

We do not live in this property but do live in Winston so we are close by if personally needed.

Located in the historic district as well as walking distance to the Art district, shops and restaurants.

This property is a duplex. You will have access to one of the units.

Very Comfortable Home!

We had a very nice stay at the West End Haven. It had all the amenities we needed, is centrally located, and Greg was very responsive to our needs. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Stay

We stayed at this historic West End Haven while moving our oldest daughter into Wake Forest. It was the perfect home for us. Super clean, easy check in and great communication from owners. It had all of the amenities you would get from a hotel but with the comforts of a home. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent home base for downtown Winston Salem

Very clean, nicely updated old home a short walk from downtown. We were in town for a wedding in the suburbs, but enjoyed staying downtown where we could walk to restaurants and activities. The accommodations exceeded expectation and the host, Greg, was very communicative. The space worked well for our group of 6 including 2 toddlers. Would gladly stay here again.

Clean, inviting, great communication

This was a great property for our family of five. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches like phone chargers and shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Greg was a great communicator throughout the whole process!

Optimal Location

The property was great! Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked, living room was very comfortable. The owner was very communicative and gave very clear instructions for check-in and responded in a timely fashion to questions. The location is perfect. We walked for lunch and dinner every day as there is a plethora of excellent restaurants within a 15-minute stroll. You can also easily walk to the Arts District, which has many galleries and funky shops. We give this property 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, Good location

The house is very well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had contacted him about a couple of issues. We would stay here again.
