Disappointing home. Great island.
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The rental agency was very difficult to work with. Have 24 hour cancellation policy even if extreme circumstances require a change in plans. In my case, was renting for a month and found out medical procedures prevented from going. Called back within 48 hours and was told of this policy and no exceptions. The trip insurance is virtually worthless and very onerous.. ultimates through a 10 day back and forth, they finally agreed we were allowed to move to a later month in the fall, but by that time, all of it left me with a very bad impression of this agency. Make sure you really want to book and are 100 percent certain of plans (or can afford to pay and not go) or you will never see a refund. Also this home is very tired and run down. No cable tv, broken appliances. Broken beach chairs. Just very tired and run down.
