Located on the 2nd floor of the Vieux Port residence in Erquy, this 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests facing the sea. Its location makes it easy to reach the central beach within a few steps and enjoy the harbour and seafront walks throughout the stay.

The lounge and dining area naturally become the main gathering space. Facing the coastline, it includes a sofa, two armchairs, a television and an extendable dining table suitable for meals with 6 to 8 guests.

The separate equipped kitchen allows guests to remain independent during their holiday: refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, not overlooked
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 and sea view

The shower room includes a shower, washbasin with mirror, storage units, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.

The sea-view balcony extends the living area. Its table and two chairs are suitable for a coffee overlooking the harbour or a quiet break after the beach.

A private parking space makes arrivals and daily travel easier during the stay.

The central beach is approximately 20 metres away and Erquy harbour approximately 2 minutes away. From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between swimming, walks towards Cap d'Erquy and discovering the pink sandstone landscapes of Brittany's Emerald Coast.
