Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No central air. We have a whole house fan and portable AC unit for living room. No pets. Do you need to accommodate more than 8 guests? Great communication from our host. The house is well layed out, very clean and comfortable. The game room in the garage was a fun extra! We visited briefly for a family wedding, but would love to bring our family back for a longer stay.

Our host Leah was very friendly and helpful- even letting us know we could check in early. The house was lovely and cozy. We had an early Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed using the kitchen. I would definitely try and stay here again!

We absolutely love this house and would stay here again. We arrived late in the evening, so when we woke up to the beautiful Mountain View we were pleasantly surprised! The house was perfect for our group of 7 - two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The layout was great for game night and hosting my niece's bridal brunch. The kitchen was well-stocked and the deck was large with lots of seating for reading and relaxing and eating.

Stayed here with our 2 daughters, their spouses and 2 grandchildren for a wedding in Lyons. Our location was perfect for exploring Estes Park and nearby Lyons and Boulder. The house was perfect and lacked nothing. The hosts and our contact Leah made sure all was ready for us and were very communicative. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed at this beautiful home for 5 nights and it was lovely in every way. It was clean, spacious, and wow, what a view from the kitchen and living room onto the deck. The home is tucked back from the busy-ness of town, but within a 5-minute drive. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Estes.

Estes Park Retreat

My family and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at this property at Estes. The host and owner were friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was conveniently located to Estes, RMNP and Route 7 toward Allens Park. We visited RMNP several times as long as you go early (before 8 am). Shopping in Estes was a treat but kind of touristy. We had elk and deer stroll through the yard which thrilled my grandsons. We wish we could have stayed longer but would do it again in a heartbeat.

Stunning

A magnificent home, elk in the yard greeting us when we arrived. Host Leah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was a great source of information. The home was even better than the pictures. The decor was incredible. Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, the garage playroom was such a nice addition for pre-dinner games. The more perfect home for 2 families. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful House Great Location

Best VRBO experience yet. The house was amazing! Great location, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. This house was a 5 star experience. I loved the floor plan too. Perfect layout with no wasted space. It felt like a home rather than a rental.

Perfect all around

This was a perfect location for what our family needed. The home was located close enough to downtown and was still located in an area that was quiet. We woke up everyday watching elk and deer. The house was exactly as described and was our home away from home. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone going to Estes Park.

Beautiful place in Estes

Stayed for 3 nights to be close to Rocky Mountains. This place was beautiful. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garage made into playroom with ping pong, darts, foosball, and basketball. Kitchen fully loaded with accessories needed for preparing meals. Back porch to watch the animals come nearby. Close to Estes park town and grocery store. Check in so convenient and easy communication with owners. Would love to have stayed for more nights. Ideal place to stay!

My wife and I both feel very blessed to live here! We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors especially in the summer. Also blessed to have raised our 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls) in Estes Park! Though not over yet , we have both spent our entire careers here in Estes Park. We like to travel and just getting away to see something new. I also like meeting and getting to know new people from all over, seeing friends at a local happy hour, hiking and fly fishing. Enjoying our grandson and granddaughter makes the cut too! ....actually they probably top the list especially for Cindy!

Guests have access to the entire home and will enjoy the ample space. Wildlife like elk, deer and coyotes frequent the yard yet guests appreciate Mountain Memory's close proximity to downtown as well as other amenities in Estes Park. In addition, the owners live nearby and can assist quickly if any need arises.
