Located in the heart of the Belledonne Mountains at an elevation of 900 meters in a charming little village, you’ll enjoy 4,000 square meters of land and a 140-square-meter house in a very quiet, secluded setting.
We practice sustainable lawn care—no pesticides, no insecticides. You’ll have access to a vegetable garden that I’ve created; tenants are free to maintain it or not, depending on your preferences, but there will always be some lettuce to harvest.
Every morning you’ll collect fresh eggs—our nine lovely hens will keep you well-supplied. It’s very relaxing, and you can admire our two lambs.
There’s nothing to do except collect the eggs and enjoy this idyllic setting.

We do not accept other pets, as we have our own cat who visits us regularly; he’s quite wild, doesn’t sleep indoors, and spends his time hunting.

There’s no shortage of activities in the area. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, I’ll send you a guide with suggested outings as well as links to the tourist office websites so you can plan your stay as best as possible.
But keep in mind that you’ll be 30 minutes from the Chamrousse ski resort and 30 minutes from Grenoble. It’s 15 minutes from the first lake where you can swim, but there are many others. It’s 5 minutes from a lake where you can fish but not swim, and it’s the starting point for some superb hikes. I’ll leave you the 1:25,000-scale IGN map of the area.

Depending on when you’re staying, a local farm makes its own artisanal ice cream—it’s a real treat. The baker makes great country bread, and there’s a goat farm 3 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot (it’s uphill ;) ) that makes its own cheeses; her husband is a butcher and deli owner, offering mountain sausage, meat, and more.
Depending on your arrival time, there’s a market on Saturday mornings in the village square.
Otherwise, all the shops are just 15 minutes away down in the valley.
