Downtown Arcata Farmers Market Apartment This bright and sunny apartment is a block from the Arcata Plaza, Farmers Market, shopping (across street from Arcata Co-op), and next door to Salt Restaurant and North Story Wines. It has a private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second WiFi, TV w/cable, washer/dryer in unit, lots of sun and pretty town views. Fun location close to everything, very comfortable and convenient, and secure behind key coded gates. This sunny apartment has lots of big windows looking out over town and the co-op which is the natural grocery store less than a block away. The apartment is on the second level and behind a keyed gate so is very secure feeling. The bedroom has a big skylight so is filled with light during the day and its possible to see the stars at night. There is a big leather couch, a table and two chairs, lots of throws/blankets, this apartment just has a great vibe. Guests have access to the whole apartment which includes a washer/dryer inside, yard, and private parking lot. We respect guests privacy but are always available to help quickly with guest needs as our home is only about 10 blocks away. We are very responsive hosts. This apartment is in a beautiful section of town just a block from the Arcata Plaza next door to Salt restaurant, in a very pretty and lively section of town. North Story Winery/Wrangletown Cidery are also next door and sometimes host live music and events. While being right in the middle of everything, the apartment is on the second level and is very secure feeling as it is behind coded/locked gates. The co-op natural food grocery store is less than a block away as are a local pie restaurant, “Bittersweet” , the popular "Campground" restaurant across the street, and many other great restaurants nearby. We have a private parking lot for our guests and everything is within a block or two from the apt. Cal Poly Humboldt is about a 10 minute walk. We have tankless water heaters for unlimited hot water, rain shower heads, and very strong water pressure so much so many guests comment on how nice the showers are. The apartment has a queen bed and a large leather couch that is not a sleeper. We have a travel crib and high chair for those with young children, please message us if needed and we will leave in apt for you.
