Get ready for an experience of a lifetime when you arrive at Sunrise on the Ridge….

With year round panoramic views of the mountain sunrises, this immaculate cabin features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and plenty of outdoor areas for your enjoyment! 

Main level living at its finest as you enter into a living, dining room and kitchen combo. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and all black appliances. Cozy up in front of a wood burning fireplace and catch your favorite movies on the 51” flat panel tv. The main level bedroom includes a Queen bed, and a flat panel T.V. As you enter the full bathroom next door, you will be greeted with an amazing sunken garden tub, a double vanity, and a separate tile shower. The laundry room is found next to the bathroom and includes a full washer and dryer. Catch a game of pool and enjoy the awesome mountain views in the family/game room or enjoy the cool mornings sipping on your coffee from a screened -in balcony right outside.

Make your way upstairs to the loft where you find the Master King bedroom, private work area, and another full bath with a double vanity and tile shower. Take a pause and appreciate the beauty that nature has to offer from the private balcony off the Master Suite.

This mountain home is complete with a full finished basement featuring another queen bedroom, commons area, and a bunk room with a twin bunk bed and a double and twin bunk bed and flat screen tv. The third full bathroom features a stand up tile shower.

Sit back, relax and take it all in on the patio in the fenced back yard with fire pit, hot tub, and porch swing and enjoy the beauty of all the seasons that the North Georgia Mountains bring. But the fun doesn't stop there! Continue along the garage and go up the stairs to find a bonus room equipped with air hockey and foosball for your kids enjoyment!

With all paved access and a wide circular driveway, easily make your way over and not miss another Sunrise on the Ridge.

Cleanliness Issues & Non-Functioning Hot Tub

We encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we found the cabin to be in unacceptable condition—there were pet stains on the carpet, pubic hair in the tub, dirt on the floors and windows, and an overall lack of cleanliness. Additionally, the hot tub, which was a primary reason for choosing this rental, was not functioning throughout our stay.We made multiple attempts to contact your team during our stay to address these concerns, leaving messages without receiving a response. This lack of responsiveness has left us feeling disregarded and frustrated. We expected a clean and fully functional rental, and unfortunately, that was not what we received. Several days after the trip, the management company did provide us with a 245 refund.

Great Place Overall

We loved the cabin. The views were pretty good, the location was great, and the cabin was very clean. Our family had a great time. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the video game system by the pool table was gone, the kids were very bummed by this. The Xbox in the basement doesn’t work, seems to be a problem with the power block. Again, just a bit of a bummer for the kids, but not a necessity. The other thing is the checkout instructions in the cabin are different than those emailed to us, so we weren’t sure what we were actually supposed to do. Again, the cabin was clean and very comfy, so 4 stars and would gladly stay again.

Sunrise on the Ridge

Great cabin. Fence and outside yard a plus for dogs. Major complaint is two beds were doubles not queens. Also grandson was disappointed that the video game was broken and Xbox wouldn’t stay on.

The weather wasn’t great because of the hurricane but the cabin was perfect for hanging out with family. It had plenty of games and was very cozy. We loved it!

Perfect place for family vacation

The property itself was amazing and the perfect size for a large family. We had 1 full day of rain and no one was ever bored- media center, game room, board games... it was perfect. The one thumbs down was that it needs a deep clean- especially the windows. Hard to enjoy mountain surise view (AMAZING VIEW) through dirty windows. Surface was clean and sanitary and all very well equiped and functional. We hope to be back!

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Sunrise on the Ridge! Two sons and their families (4 young kids) booked the house to surprise their mom for her 60th birthday. The bedroom setup was perfect for our group, and we loved the game room and pool room! Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances needed to make breakfast both mornings, and the house was extremely cleaned and well maintained. Was a perfect distance to downtown. Would love to come back!

Surrounded by the beauty that fall provides

The home was inviting from the moment we pulled into the driveway. It, literally, had everything we needed for our stay all we had to do was provide the groceries and drinks. The beds and common areas were perfect for our family of 6 (ages 17,23,24,46,51,70.) The hot tub/game rooms received ample evening use and were great ending to a day exploring northern GA. The top floor deck was our daily starting point and the best vantage point to watch the sunrise over the fall colored mountains. The home was absolutely wonderful and we zero issues during our stay. If I had to give a recommendation to the owner, it would be… a Keurig/coffee pot on each floor would be a nice perk 😉. On a side note, the stairs to the lower level are on the steeper side, if you are traveling with someone mobility issues; Our mom was able to traverse them just fine, though on occasion she did opt to reach the lower level outdoor space by walking the outside steps (so don’t let them deter your stay, just be mindful). These 2 sisters, 3 cousins and a mom loved our stay!

Amazing stay

I have to say that this was an amazing place to stay! When we got there everything was very clean. Lots to do on the property. Hot tub and fire pit was amazing along with the outside tv! The only con was that the yard was not mowed.

Blue Ridge Family Week

The location of the home was great and the size of the home worked well for us. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting. The kitchen size also was a plus. The billiard/game room was a family favorite as were the decks off of the bedrooms. We very much enjoyed these areas. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. The floors needed mopped, the railings, tables and countertops were dirty. We have pictures of the wipes used to clean upon our arrival and they were grimy. We had 2 safety concerns. The stairs were very steep. 2 of the children fell walking down the steps. We liked the backyard but the tree stumps and rocks in the grass were dangerous tripping hazards.

Great stay at Sunrise in the Ridge

My family had a very relaxing vacation in Morganton during spring break. The cabin Sunrise in the Ridge was beautiful and enough space for six adults and five kids to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and scenic. The kitchen had a lot of cookware so it was almost like being at home.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at Sunrise on the Ridge! The location is a beautiful mountain neighborhood with private cabin homes. It is close to Blue Ridge, an easy drive, and also close to many of the other amazing small towns around the area. We were close to horse back riding (Appalachian Trails), tubing (Blue Ridge Tubing), awesome shops downtown Blue Ridge as well as The Groovy Zoo, and only an hour away from Helen, GA, which is a cute German inspired town with a Mountain Rollercoaster. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed including the kitchen supplies, and has a great backyard with frisbee golf, a firepit, and a hot tub. There is also a pool table and a game room over the garage. It fit all of our needs and we are ages ranging from 3 years to 70+. I would highly recommend staying at Sunrise on the Ridge. The sunrise was gorgeous from the porch off the loft bedroom. Also, the driveway here was great. I have stayed in cabins with driveways that feel treacherous when trying to back up. This is a semi-circle drive, so no reversing. It was a great stay!

Blue Ridge vacation house

The house was nice size for all 11 of us and the kids liked the game room. It was easy to access as all the roads were paved and enough parking for 4 cars on flat driveway. We had a good time!
