Spacious cabin, private decks and game room

Private tree covered views on a quiet cul-de-sac! We are located two miles from all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer.
Create fun memories in the lower level game room with pool table, air hockey, or video games. Enjoy a movie on the large flat screen tv or unwind in the lower level hot tub. Take in the beautiful views from either of the private decks.
Our spacious cabin has a king bed in the one bedroom and a full over full bunk bed in the lower level. We have a full sofa bed as well. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer on site.
There is also a resort style pool in the neighborhood for use in season.

Exactly what we expected and a little more

Really enjoyed our short time here! Game room was great, perfect for our fam of 5 which needs extra space (youngest 17). Location is close to everything and easy to navigate staying out of the busy streets if you want to. Clean, great location, and a cool place!

Panorama in Gatlinburg TN

My best friend and I stayed at this nice, well furnished cabin during a September 2023 Prowler Rally. The cabin is located close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There was a large parking area for both of us to park our vehicles. The main level king master was vety comfortable and roomy, with easy access to the upstairs living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, etc. We were glad to have both the drip and Keurig coffee pots. My friend told me she was disappointed with sleeping in the downstairs full/twin bunk bed, indicating that the mattress wasn't to her liking because it sagged in the middle, so she decided to sleep on the upstairs living room sofa during our week long stay. She also said there was no dresser or closet downstairs for her clothing and other personal items. The downstairs is more suited for older children or teens, or as an entertainment area for those staying in the upstairs master. Overall, I enjoyed our stay at this cabin, and would definitely stay there again.

Awesome cabin but lacked attention to detail

Communication was amazing with owner but what was listed and what it was actually like differed. Yes it had lots of games and hot tub and amenities but it seemed there was an issue with almost everything it had to offer. King bed upstairs broke and not comfortable -dining room table very wobbly -all outdoor furniture covered in spider webs -pin ball machine right paddle broke -hot tub; leaking, over a 4 day period it dropped 8 inches -the view; pictures showed a nice ‘panorama’ view and during our stay the trees are about growing into both balconies -dryer; was not drying, element was hot but not venting it seemed like. -Lightbulb out in upstairs lamp -dishwasher; bottom kick plate hanging off -had to change air filters; as soon as you turned corner into dining/living room area you could see the dust buildup on filter through dented vent. The owner offered to have a handyman come but the last thing I want it to worry about someone in and out trying to fix the stuff I just paid full price to utilize. I was in constant communication with the owner and I hope for the next person this stuff is fixed and better. Location was amazing super easy to get to and close to everything.

Nice Cabin

We overall enjoyed our stay in this cabin but had a few issues. The pinball machine wasn't working which was kind of a bummer for our son. The XBOX had two games that were very old which disappointed him as well. The pool table had several issues with it includes severe damage to the felt top. The cabin is named Panorama but there isn't really a view. Trees block everything which was a bit different than how the pictures online look. But, there were several great aspects to the cabin as well. The location is excellent. We were right in the middle of everything but it was secluded and quiet. The pool was awesome as well. The A/C worked wonderfully which, during our stay at least, was great because of how hot it was outside. The kitchen had everything you'd need including two coffee makers, a drip pot and a Keurig (which was great because we don't drink Keurig coffee). The owners were very helpful as well. The check in process and check out process was super easy and they were attentive to any questions we had.

We really had a great time, especially in that location. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home! I would definitely recommend this place, in fact I already have. Great vacation all around!!

Great location

This cabin was great for our family of 4. We loved the pool table and the hot tub. Some narrow and windy roads to get there, but the views are amazing! Short distance to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Disappointingly Unclean

On the positive side, the cabin is in a great location, easily accessible, close to attractions, and roomy with a great floorplan. Some good games in basement (but not all of them worked). The kids really enjoyed the air hockey! We had a couple of bear guests, which was cool! On the negative side, we could never find the sheets for either of the two sofa sleepers (we looked everywhere), the bunk beds were “made up” with only the bottom sheets (top sheets were folded under the pillow shams), and one of the bunks contained hair, lint, and a dead bug. The outside decks were so filthy with cobwebs and dirt that they appeared not to have been cleaned in weeks, if not months (our visit was in August – you’d think the decks would have been cleaned). In fact, they were so filthy that we only walked out on them to look at the “view” (a solid cluster of trees, not the mountains pictured on the website). The decks were so disgusting that we would not even let our 4- and 8-year-olds on them – cobwebs and dirt literally everywhere. Despite knowing that there were no bathmats in either bathroom, the owner failed to mention this to us in advance. Because there were just enough bath towels for our group of five (you don’t want to use the same towel on the floor to dry off with!), our 4-year-old slipped and fell on the floor getting out of the tub. We paid handsomely for our 3-night stay, and when I asked for a refund for the housekeeping fee, the owner refused. She insinuated that I was not being truthful about the deck and bed pictures (digital pictures don’t lie; they have time stamps on them) and told me that I should have called her about these issues while at the cabin. If the A/C had been broken, we certainly would have called her. However, when you are putting little ones to bed at 9:30 pm after a long day, only to discover the bed is not completely made up and contains a dead bug, what good would it do to call the owner? You just remove the bug, make up the bed, and move on. We have sincerely tried to resolve our disappointments with the owner in a cordial, private, and respectful manner, only to have the owner rebuke me for being “aggressive” and “threatening.” All in all, not a good experience. Definitely will not return.

Gatlinburg

My husband, our 3 children (ages 9,10, & 12), and myself had a wonderful stay. The property exactly matched the photos. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The cabin was clean & comfortable and ideally located. It was extremely hot for our visit so we made great use of the swimming pool. We combined visiting family in Knoxville along with our family vacation. We enjoyed Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg along with a few trips to Knoxville. The owners were extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Cabin was very clean, very neat. View was only trees so if your not a sucker for mountain view everything is perfect! Kids (14,15,7) enjoyed the game room layout and so did we (Adults). Will definitely keep area in mind when visiting Tennessee again!

Spring Break

Game room was perfect for my kids, they played non stop. Hot tub was well maintained as was property overall. No noise or disruption from other cabins. Do bring supplies for the shower and if you’re going to do laundry make sure you have what you need. We did a load or two each night, make sure you time it as it is right next to the bunk beds. We hope to get back here for another trip!

Best time ever

Not only did we have fun exploring the area but we had a great time at the cabin. The location of cabin was so close to downtown ! Our teenagers loved the pinball machine (free play), the pool table, hottub, arcade games, and xbox (pool wasn't open at the time). The owners were very prompt at responding to our messages/questions and they were so pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

Cabin would be perfect for 1 couple

On arrival we found all the amenities had some kind of issue with them. Pool stick glued back together, broken pinball machine (the pinball machine was mostly fixed the next day) another broken arcade game and a missing piece on the telescope. The owne was nice enough to let us cancel the second half of our stay and refunded us the 3 nights that we didn't stay but we did have to spend quite a bit of time tracking down a new cabin amd moving all our stuff. This cabin would be perfect for 1 couple that doesn't want to play video games as it is one of the most private cabins at the end of the street with its back porch as private as it gets for these log cabin neighborhoods. Overall disappointed in the cabin for a family vacation but without kids around would have been a great cabin.

It was a great and convenient location

Being the last cabin on the road made for a nice private balcony which made for a great evening and morning sipping coffee and looking through the trees at the mountain. The games in the basement were a lot of fun. Great communication with the owners. I had a blast.

Great neighborhood but no view

The Gatlinburg falls neighborhood is a great place to stay as it is convenient to downtown and has a gym and pool. We enjoyed the arcade games in the cabin and the hot tub. Unfortunately there is no view of the mountains.

Great Location to Gatlinburg and Fun Cabin

This cabin was great for our young family. View isn't what is pictured for summer months because of leaves on the trees. Amenities were great, wifi wasn't the best. Bring extra towels if you are using the hot tub.

Rundown

We drove up the hill to the property and our first sight was a dumpster overflowing with trash. The house was very rundown on the outside. Inside blinds and ceiling fan were dusty. The hot tub was old and trees blocked the view. We did not end up staying at the property. We took the loss and instead drove back into town and stayed at a Marriott.

Panorama is a stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a game room in the Smokey Mountains. We are located two miles from all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer.

Create fun memories in the lower level game room with the pool table, air hockey, pinball machine or video games. Or you can enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv. If you want to unwind, just step out to the lower level hot tub or rock on the chairs on the upper deck with beautiful views. Both decks are private and facing the woods.
