Beautifully remodeled 2 Bd, 2 Bath Condo, short walk to the Beach

This spacious two bedroom, two full bath condo is located in the perfectly manicured, lush landscape of Kihei Garden Estates. The fully remodeled, 850 sq ft top floor unit, has an open floor plan and a lanai with a table and four chairs that overlooks the pool and beautiful grounds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with quality dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils, and numerous small appliances. This vacation condo is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and Kihei’s shopping centers and restaurants, and a short drive to the most beautiful beaches on Maui making it a perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation!

This unit is two floors with a loft master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bath, plus a second bedroom downstairs with two twin beds. It includes a split system AC, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, and complimentary travel size toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and lotion.

Guests will have full access to a shared, coin-operated washer and dryer for the building and we provide starter amounts of laundry detergent pods for your convenience. There are two community gas BBQ’s located in the pavilion area by the pool that are also available to guests.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler, all you need to bring is your swimsuit, sun hat, and sunscreen! Come enjoy the best of Maui while staying in this elegant, comfortable vacation condo at Kihei Garden Estates.

The condo unit was perfectly located close steps from the ocean , plazas , and many other beach options. The condo itself was excellently equipped, having everything you needed for a stay, dishes , beach chairs , coolers , you name it had it. The condo was clean, beautifully renovated and cozy. The condo went beyond our expectations. You can tell the owners put a lot of love and effort into the condo. It felt like I was home but my home was moved to paradise. My family really enjoyed our stay. I would be honored to be able to stay here again in the future.

A lovely place to stay!

Our family (two adults, teenagers 16 & 18) just enjoyed a really lovely stay here. It was so spacious, and really well equipped. Not only for being at the apartment, but if you wanted to go to the beach or do day trips, we found the chairs, beach towels and coolers very handy. Other benefits to note: the lanai is a wonderful place to pass the time - the sun is never shining directly on it, so you can enjoy the temperature without getting a burn. Both the beach and a good size grocery store were 2 minute walk away. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a treat. The pool and hot tub never seemed to be overly crowded. The neighbourhood is quiet. All in all, we highly recommend this place for a visit to Maui.

Clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in Kihei. We were very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed the patio, the pool, the hot tub, the short walk to the beach, the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. We felt at home. The grounds are well maintained. Laundry was easy to get to, just down the stairs outside. We appreciate the Barkers and their gracious hospitality and quick response to our questions. “Wonderful!” Is a perfect description.

Great Condo

Our family of four rented this condo not really knowing what to expect. It was great. Full kitchen, relaxing space, beach chairs and umbrella, less than a five minute walk to a beach with amazing sunsets (saw turtles and a whale breach my first morning), right by a grocery store. Too many perks to list.

Idyllic and comfortable Kihei experience

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely renovated condo. We appreciated the walking distance to groceries, the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. While we tried to ensure our young children did not make too much noise at the pool, it’s not always easy to do and we dealt with a rather exasperated resident manager who pointed out the “no shouting” rules on our last day. Everyone else at the complex was friendly and helpful.

Spring Break with family

We had a wonderful experience in Maui. I highly recommend this condo. Very clean (we are especially picky) and the location was fantastic! We definitely plan to return one day.

Amazing condo in an amazing location

Our family had a wonderful two week stay in Kihei for Christmas. The condo complex was very quiet and clean. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and stocked with everything one needs for a beach holiday (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers). Conveniently located a short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place in the perfect location!

We loved staying here! It was a great condo with the beach a 2 minute walk away. Perfectly located in the heart of Kihei we were able to walk to the grocery store, food trucks, shave ice and multiple coffee spots. The home was beautifully remodeled. Not like don't want to touch anything so nice, but like I want my place to look like this nice. Great communication with the hosts and manager as well. We will be back!

Excellent spot in Kihei

This property is well maintained and clean with an excellent location. There is a short 3 minute walk to a nice little beach, a grocery store just behind the property, and several places to eat in walking distance. It is a short 5 minute drive to some additional park beaches in the area. In addition, if you would like to get to some bigger box store for supplies in Kahului it is an easy drive with a nice highway. I highly recommend this location.

Comfy and freshly updated unit

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay! One of the few vacation rentals that had freshly renovated interiors and close to new kitchen appliances! Had a small incident with regards to fixing one of the appliances but hosts were quick to remedy the situation! Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely consider this place again!

Excellent value in Kihei

This two bedroom condo has been totally renovated and a pleasure to stay in. Kihei Garden Estates is an older complex but if you want to stay here you should rent this unit! Both bathrooms have showers with an overhead shower head and wand. There are beach chairs, pool noodles and coolers in the unit to take to the beach. We enjoyed the complexes pool,hot tub and BBQ area as well. There are great restaurants within a five minute walk at the Azeka shopping mall (Coconuts, Miso Phat sushi, Nulus, Thai place). The beach by the Kihei Garden Estates is also only a 5 minute walk. We also found the coin operated laundry in our building convenient to use. The communication with the owners and the on island property manager, Sherie, was also excellent. The ad and pictures for this unit are totally accurate to what you get. I have no hesitation in recommending this unit.

Family Wedding in Maui

It was a wonderful vacation. Very clean property that is well taken care of. Our family stayed in another condo in the same building and it was so nice to have family time at the common area. Upstairs gets hot but the fans helped. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days.

Great property!

Really nice. Pictures on website are exactly what you get. Close to beach as stated. The only thing that was marginal was the AC. The master loft area stays extremely warm. Downstairs was very comfortable with the AC and ceiling fan going. The loft was very warm even with the AC, ceiling fan, and the 2 additional fans that were provided, going full tilt. A suggestion would be to have the loft fan be able to spin faster. Seemed that it is maxed out on low speed. Other than this, loved the property and would definitely stay again

Best kept secret on Maui

This is our 4th trip to Maui in 10 years and the best of all the condos we have stayed at. Daughter could walk to the gym every day, other daughter walked to the beach, literally 200 steps from the condo. We walked to Times grocery for late night snacks and the best fish tacos were at Amigos, again, right around the corner. The unit was absolutely perfect for my husband, myself and 2 adult daughters. A/c and ceiling fans were just enough to keep the unit cool. Beds were comfy, shower was awesome and clean. I literally can't say enough great things about this place. I think we are booking again for the same time next year. On site Manager was very responsive for the small questions we had througout our trip. Thank you Barkers!!
