Cerissa thank you for your review, though a lot is overly dramatized here. I am the manager, the owners are busy doctors who live and work in another state, and you have never dealt with them. I never called you a thief, but contacted you on a couple of occasions to ask you about the missing towels. These can be displaced, or lost, and the biggest inconvenience is, if not found, we have to provide them for the next guests, and we have 99% back to back bookings. That's all. I am sorry that you keep repeating that I called you a 'thief' which is simply not true. In my every communication with you I very nice and courteous. And I apologized each time if this was the mistake of our cleaning crew, as these happen. Wish you didn't write this retaliatory review, for no reason, but I understand that if you thought you were called a thief, that really is hurtful. Again deeply sorry about this obvious miscommunication. In any case thank you and best wishes to you and your family.
