This beautiful home is located in Fairview, NC, and is only 10-15 minutes to Downtown Asheville, about 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 15 minutes to Biltmore House. Uber or Lyft can pick you up from this location and take you where you'd like to go and you can have Instacart deliver your groceries or have food delivered from the amazing Asheville restaurants right to your door. (There is even a coffee shop within walking distance for your morning pastries and java!)

Modern Westside Retreat is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps two more. There is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and an Instant Pot with an air fryer for you to cook your favorite meals while you enjoy the open areas of the kitchen, living room, and dining rooms. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy on the inside but there is more! The screened-in back deck is a peaceful area for you to enjoy each other's company over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You have beautiful long-range mountain views from the front porch as well.

If your group would like to enjoy some of the neighborhood outdoor amenities, there is a pavilion located down the street from the house with a small charcoal grill, some picnic benches, and a firepit for you to take in the mountain view.

We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
