We were thrilled to find an affordable rental near the event. Knowing we had a safe neighborhood well-situated, to which we'd return each evening, made our 35 year anniversary TFM celebration more restful & relaxing than we could have hoped for. Also, it was a huge bonus, having a host whom allowed us to make last minute additions. First we added an extra day, and later an extra person (both for nominal fees). The communication was consistently superlative. The well-stocked VRBO was clean and welcoming. The extra-long "Labor Day Weekend" stay provided convenience & comfort, as we enjoyed all 3 of The Floating Men and their "Floatilla Family Reunion" shows.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Roberto's hospitality made this stay enjoyable! He was quick to respond, made check-in very easy, and check out was a breeze. It took us a couple of seconds to find the VRBO listing as we did not realize it was a spacious garage apartment until I received our check-in details. Great restaurants are only a 10-minute walk away, and the furniture was new and comfortable!

A generous host.

My wife and I planned a trip to Nashville for her birthday, but had to cancel last minute due to a snow storm. The host was gracious enough to provide a refund. I look forward to booking a trip with him again. We purchased travel insurance through VRBO/Generali Insurance. Terrible experience there. Their terms were so stringent that they would not cover the loss. It was a frustrating waste of money.

Fantastic Stay

The best Vrbo experience that I've had. The place was beautiful, clean, well equipped with all that you need for a stay. Conveniently located close to the airport, broadway, Opry, and everywhere that we needed to utilize as musicians coming to town to do some studio work. Host was nearby, communicated quickly, and willing to help with any needs. Looking forward to staying at this property again.

What a hidden gem

4 adults shared this 2B/2B apartment. It was just what we needed for our stay in Nashville. We did not lack for anything in the kitchen or bathroom. Clean, easy to find, and space was definitely maximized. Host was easy and to work with and was very responsive when needed. Would stay here again.

Friends in Nashville

The property was cute and very clean. The host was very informative and gave suggestions on some restaurants, etc in the area. No place to sit or be outdoors is our only complaint. We would stay here again and recommend it to others

Cute place

The place was just as described. It was small but we still had plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. We only had one issue at check in where the door code wouldn’t work but we reached out to the owner who responded right away and fixed the problem. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, clean place to stay!

My brother and his wife, and my wife and I met in Nashville for a "date night" together. We don't get to see each other very often, so this was halfway between where we all live. This place was perfect for us. The floorplan was perfect for two couples, super clean, and quiet. Roberto is a great host and was quick to answer a question I had. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and anyone that is looking for a nice place for a few days. We look forward to booking here again in the future.

Friend-cation

We are from Pennsylvania and met up with our friends from Florida. The unit was perfect for the four of us with two master suites. Roberto was very easy to work with and was always available to help with a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

We found this place while searching for an alternative to the expensive hotels while in Nashville. This was a perfect fit for two couples, each get their own bathroom. I was a little hesitant about the on street parking but there were no issues finding a space both nights we stayed which were on a Friday and Saturday. Short Uber to downtown. Stairs to the unit were nice and wide to carry our luggage up.

Perfect spot !

What a lovely apartment to stay for the night, I picked up friends at BNA at 9:30 pm, we enjoyed our stay here, chatting in the living room until midnight before retiring to our comfy bedrooms. Coffee in the morning in the fully stocked kitchen, then off to explore Nashville for the day before heading back to my house in East Tennessee ! Thanks to our host for a terrific place; great decor, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking!!!

Wonderful Music City Apartment

This is a fabulous place to experience the delights of Nashville. It was spotless and had everything two couples needed. I loved that there are two en suite bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host, Roberto, was so helpful when I contacted him about places to eat. We would absolutely book again again if we go back in the future.

Beautiful place inside

We went on a trip to Nashville and came across this VRBO as one of our options. Based on the previous reviews and pictures thought we would give it a try. The property inside is beautiful and has everything you needed away from home from towels to hair dryers and a washing machine. Roberto was great!! He was very responsive and accomodating. Would recommend staying here!
