The Homer Lodge is a year round play ground for all ages & provides all you need for your country getaway. Privacy & seclusion, yet only a short drive from all that Mid-Michigan has to offer. This super immaculate, 3100 sq. ft home located on a 1.0 acres with hot tub, fire pit, and it's own private 32 ft. indoor pool. Play air hockey, skee ball, or Ms. Pac-Man in the basement arcade, relax with a puzzle or board game in the breezeway café, or make a gourmet meal. Sleeps 7 comfortably.

This Large, well maintained, bright & sunny home is great for family gatherings or friends getaway. Spend the day swimming in the 32 ft. heated INDOOR pool available year round, play Ms. Pac-Man in the basement, or play pool in the huge great room that includes an authentic Brunswick 8-ft table, watch movies on the numerous flat screen TVs, to name just a few. Picnic outside, sing songs around the campfire, and toast marshmallows & make Smores using the fire pit (available seasonally). Or just relax in the amazing hot tub… all while never leaving the property! The Location: This home is Pure Michigan. Very private and secluded on a 1.5 acres surrounded by quiet farmland. Located in Homer, MI which is centrally located to access Michigan International Speedway, Bundy Hill Off Road Recreation, Irish Hills Lakes, and a multitude of golf courses.

The Fun Stuff. The Heated Indoor Pool: 32 ft. long with a diving board, volleyball net, and basketball hoop – Year Round Fun!
The Great Room: play pool on the classic 8ft. Brunswick table in front of the massive brick fireplace or watch a movie on the comfy U-shaped couch!
The lower level Game Room: includes air hockey and skee ball or test your skills at the Ms. Pac-Man arcade or the classic Nintendo Wii video games. In the Spring, Summer, Fall enjoy the backyard Fire Pit, many outdoor games or relax on the patio by the hot tub. BBQ on the propane gas grill (available seasonally).

The Kitchen provides everything needed to make a great, gourmet meal. Includes a comprehensive selection of kitchen equipment including baking trays & accessories, glasses & stemware, serving platters, cutlery and toaster oven.

Our 3100 square foot home is great for a large family or a multi-family vacation, sleeping 7 comfortably. Two bedrooms include queen beds. The 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed plus trundle for an exciting sleepover for the young ones. All include nice linens & plush down comforters and everything needed to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep! To fit additional guests, the great room includes a queen Murphy bed .

I do NOT allow parties.
Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK.
Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the house.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
No firepits allowed on property other than those provided. Firepits are not to be moved.
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet!
If anything breaks, spills, stains etc please let me know ASAP.
You will be charged for any major damage or if anything goes missing.
Evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $250 fine.

We supply and require a signed rental agreement & copy of ID prior to any confirmed bookings.
