Perfect House for Weekend in Round Rock

This was a perfect house for our family while we stayed in Round Rock for a weekend soccer tournament. The house is clean and spacious, and in a convenient location. Quick drive to Kalahari and Old Settlers Park which I highly recommend.

Don’t let the AI photos fool you. This place is a dump, plain & simple. Stay away!Owner has a ridiculous set of rules, including no shoes in the house, with ‘fines’ for rules infractions. 3 prominently placed sets of rules greet you as you walk in. There were multiple lights out and the kitchen is very dimly lit. Master bedroom ceiling light had a slight glow from one bulb...probably by design because they don’t want you to see how disgusting the carpet is. Rug in living room dirty. Carpets in bedrooms stained and dirty. Every wall throughout the house was dirty with multiple scrapes & scuff marks. Electrical receptacle with yellowish substance smeared all over it. Table knifes with specs of yellow substance on them. Only 2 spoons - 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon. Teflon pans scraped up. One pot lid was coated with grease. Ironing board stained and had some brown foreign substance stuck to it. Iron spewed flecks of black stuff. AC vents filthy. Only 1 towel per bedroom; no shower mat for master bath. Nothing to put suitcase or clothes on or in. Only 1 clothes hangar in the entire house. Charcoal grill full of ashes. Cobwebs throughout. Large lamp near front door had the cord just shoved into the plug. The wires weren’t even attached to it. Getting the picture? Pics on VRBO definitely do not capture the reality of this house. The ratings are also false. There is no way any sane person would rate this house 10/10. I have photos of all of it, so no way the owner can refute any of it.

Home away from home

The home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Shopping was near by and the area was a quiet neighborhood. The home was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and very clean. Awesome stay and would use this home again upon a return visit.

Our host, Bonnie, was quick to get back with us when needed. We chose this property over Kalahari on-site. It was a great space for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. We were pleased with the accommodations.

Wonderful Location for meeting Up With My Family

Celebrated my birthday with my daughters and their growing families here. The house was as described in listing. Only talked to Bonnie on this trip, but she was very receptive, welcoming, and responsive to any needs or questions that arise. My family would be happy to use this bnb location again in the future.

Great For Gathering

We had a really nice time on our vacation. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to have family and friends over for dinner each night, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and living room are bright and inviting. We were also close to many activities for the kids. We would stay here again for sure!

If you just need a bed

We were harassed by neighbors that this house was in an HOA neighborhood and we should not be renting.

College ball at Dell Diamond

The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to communication. The neighborhood was very quiet and well located. We had easy access to major roads to get to where we needed to go, which was primarily Dell Diamond but also old friends in Georgetown. We would stay here again.

Perfect home, away from home.

A beautiful home with everything you need. The house was immaculate (trust me, I'm picky), and the customer service was spot on! Bonnie responded to my questions immediately and followed up a few days into our vacation, to see if we needed anything else. We visit family in Georgetown TX a few times a year, and will consider booking again! Thank you!!!

Very pleased, super clean and new

This property is top notch. It is new and very clean inside and out. The kitchen is beautiful with stainless and granite. It is roomy with a huge master, bathroom and closet. There is a gas grill on the back porch and a private backyard. The garage has a little ramp to enable any one in a wheelchair to drive right in. We would definitely stay here again. The management was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Also we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also very close to all kinds of shopping and really good restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Used Needles, Fake Toenails and a Dirty Interior

Our three night stay was a journey, from finding fake toe nails on the floor (where my 2 year old son was playing with his toy trucks), the door handle to the pantry falling off, dirty walls, crumbs on the floor and underneath the sofa, to the lovely used needles in the closet on our last night in the unit. It’s safe to say this house isn’t cleaned between visits. VRBO might want to consider taking this property off their listings until it’s been test for drug exposure and deep cleaned. We sent two messages to our hosts and neither were responded to. Avoid this property.

Clean and Spacious

🤩Decided this instead of hotels for 7 family members in town to attend a baby shower. Booked last minute for a one night stay. So glad we did! Perfect location for our needs. It was nice to drive up to a nice neighborhood, open the door to a clean and modern home, and have plenty of room for us all. Felt like home! Great communication with Bonnie. Easy check in and check out.
