We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Serralongue, this charming 4* villa of a surface of 84 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m², bordering the forest. Wifi, come and enjoy the invigorating air that your stay will offer you, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A bright living room of 30 m² with TV, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine.
- Bedroom 1 (10 m²): two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed (180 x 190).
- Bedroom 2 (10m²): one single bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed (double).
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Air-conditioned bedroom 3 (20 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk.
- A bathroom with large shower and bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, hair dryer, baby bed, bluetooth speaker, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful private garden of about 250 m², south facing, planted and trimmed, enclosed on the street side and open on the forest side.
- A terrace of 18 m² facing South, tiled and shaded with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Serralongue, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residential area. Surrounded by greenery and with an exceptional view of the surrounding forest, of which the villa is on the edge, life in the countryside, the air and water are pure, ideal departure for many walks... You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... within 20 minutes by car.
Activities :
- Tourist sites: picturesque village of Serralongue at 5mn by car (or 30mn on foot) with its church of the XIth century, its conjurador unique in France, its festivities (http://www.serralongue.com/), ground of game of bowls, children's garden, a tennis court, market. 10mn by car, the village of Lamanère (the most southern of France) where you can picnic by the river. 20mn Prats-de-Mollo, 30mn the domain of Falgos with its golf, its restaurant, its spa and swimming pool but also Amélie-les-Bains with its swimming pool and its thermal cures, 1 hour from Collioure (its beaches), Perpignan and La jonquère (Spain) etc...
- Sporting activities: walking trails in the forest and numerous hikes accessible from the villa,
- Cultural visits: 40 minutes from Céret and its museum...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the house which can accommodate 2 vehicles or on the cut grass which can accommodate 2 other vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan train station located at about 1 hour by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport located at about 1h10 by car.

- Sheets and towels optional on request from our local service provider. Payment on site.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Tenants must be able to present a certificate of civil liability during their stay.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
