In the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, we offer this charming 30 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool for rent in the residence, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace where you can soak up the sun on the Isle of Beauty. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior 
- A 17 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and its view of the sanguinaries and the magnificent sunsets.

Common area :
- A swimming pool (not heated) within the residence, 10 minutes walk from the flat, open from mid-May to the end of October (opening dates not contractual, subject to modification by the residence).

The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the centre of Porticcio. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit of Ajaccio : old town, port, museums, tasting, markets...
- Hiking on the Sanguinaire Islands, on the banks of the Tolla Lake on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, Thalasso, Spa, Accrobranche, Bowling, Horse riding, Petanque, Golf, Karting, Paint-Ball, Parachute, Tennis, Mountain bike.
- Swimming, relaxation or water sports on the coast, boat trip, fishing, diving.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

- Maritime shuttles MUVIMARE between the pontoon of Porticcio and the port Tino Rossi of Ajaccio.
- Coach from the Corse Méditerranée network to Ajaccio.
- Ajaccio train station located at 15,5 km (20 minutes).
- Ajaccio maritime station located at 16 km (23 minutes by car), connection with Marseille and Toulon.
- Ajaccio airport is 11 km (13 minutes by car) away.
