Great Place to Stay

The apartment style building is safe and very secure. Parking can be an issue if you don't understand the rules, but this place is always a pleasure to stay at.

Great location!

Our stay was excellent! I would just like to suggest updating the pull out couch, it was not very comfortable. Overall a great stay walking distance from everything.

Nice place; beware of parking $

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space, and a central location downtown. But you should know that there is no provision for parking, so you should add $25 daily to the price if you have a car. That's the cost of the garage across street

So clean and such a perfect set up!

My husband and I spent 2 nights here and were so pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the furnishings. Even the thorough communication/explanation of the check in process, the appliances, etc was very impressive. We felt very comfortable there would 100% love to stay there again. I definitely recommend using the street/10 min parking out front to unload and then parking in the parking garage overnight. We just hauled everything from the garage, not the end of the world, but wished we had unloaded closer. Lesson learned for next time :)

Great apartment, but crime on the street

The apartment was great, but a thief smashed out a window in my vehicle parked on the street right in front of the building, and stole several belongings. The police informed me it was a common problem downtown. Very unfortunate, disappointing, but lesson learned-Don’t park on the street overnight.

Perfectly located

Very pleased with everything! Close to awesome restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to I-90. Didn't even mind paying for parking. Apartment was clean and cozy. I felt as though I could live there.

Great alternative

Perfect place for longer stays, with laundry kitchen etc.. Clean, relatively quiet, spacious for the price. Really pleased. Only (minor) complaints: Elevator slow, no off-street parking available. But conveniences far outweighed these inconveniences
