The space
We've completely remodeled this private 2040sq. ft. duplex located near the 8th hole on the Dinah Shore course.

The Master and one guest room have new King size beds and the 2nd guest room has 2 Full beds. All three rooms come with Lutron shades and are kept warm & cool by 2 separate HVAC units controlled by 2 Nest thermostats.

Flat-screen televisions are in each room including a 65” Sony (with DVR, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Apple+ and Blu-Ray) hanging above the fireplace in the living room complimented by an amazing 5.1 Sonos sound system (with Pandora) as well as two portable Sonos speakers that can work independently from your phone or tablet and can be moved around the house. An Echo Dot also works with many of the house's features. "Alexa, Open the Shades and Turn on Apple TV!"

The living room also comes with 4 automated Lutron shades to create a wonderful screening experience and provide added privacy. Shades can also be operated by phone or tablet while using the powerful Araknis network that’s strong enough to service the pool area as well as inside the 2 car garage. Wi-Fi is approx 100MB down and the house also comes with an HP Printer.

This beautiful end unit is only 20 steps away from a rarely used year-round heated pool and Jacuzzi. Perfect to swim laps in the morning or take a late-night dip.

Other things to note
Mission Hills CC is also a member of the Club Corp family so access to 3 private championship-quality Golf courses as well as grass and clay tennis courts, health and fitness facilities (including yoga classes) are available to qualifying members.

The LPGA ANA is also played at Mission Hills CC each April plus BNP Paribas World Class tennis is nearby in March and the music Coachella festivals in April and October are an easy 15 minute drive. Agua Caliente Casino, another music / entertainment "hot spot" is around the corner and only 3 miles away.
