This home has been masterfully designed and engineered. Updated designer furnishings including restoration hardware English beam furniture in the entry, dining room, bar and family room.
A chef's delight with this Gourmet kitchen! Unobstructed mountain views from every ceiling to floor window! Deer Valley Ski runs views out the dining room window.
Master bedroom on first floor with a walk-through shower and jetted tub. Cuddle up in the master with a beautiful fire.
Upper level has a new built in nook with queen bed. Second family room with fireplace, loft with a couch and full sized bathroom and balcony.
Downstairs are two king sized en suite bedrooms, laundry room, bar with double sided fireplace. New built in bunk room (2 queens over twins), game room (large tv, xbox, driving game and putting green)
Outside several decks, new 40 foot patio with fire feature and outdoor hot tub.
We also have 6 fat bikes and snowshoes.

This King of the hill property sits on-top a bluff which is arguabily the most specular views in all of Tuhaye! Its only 12 minutes to downtown Park City.

This property is gated and is away from it all but yet so close when you want to be. Great family room for gathering with your loved ones.
