THE LOCATION
Come and discover Locquémeau, a coastal village on the Pink Granite Coast that has preserved its wild, natural beauty, located just about ten kilometers from Lannion. You will quickly fall in love with its fishing port and marina, sailing school, beaches, the Pointe du Dourven, and the Trédrez cliffs. Feeling a bit hungry? Taste the local catch and regional products at the late-afternoon market on Wednesdays. Several restaurants and small shops within walking distance will also charm you.

THE VILLA
This 220 m² Breton villa, renovated and expanded in 2026, can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Your stay here will unfold to the rhythm of the tides and the sound of the waves. You will have all the amenities needed for an exceptional holiday: a heated indoor pool (8x3m), spa, billiards table, 3 master suites, and 1 four-person bunk room with an en-suite bathroom. The property holds a 4-star tourist accommodation rating. Wi-Fi included.

The Ground Floor comprises:
- 1 TV lounge with a flat-screen and TV box (Free).
- 1 laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- 2 separate toilets.
- 1 master suite with a double bed (160x200 cm), an en-suite shower room.
- 1 bunk room for 4 people with bunk beds (90x200 cm), an en-suite shower room and a toilet.
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
- 1 relaxation room featuring the spa and the heated, indoor swimming pool (8x3m).

All ground-floor rooms open onto a private garden and terrace, completely unoverlooked by neighbors.

Upstairs:
- 2 sea-view master suites, each with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite shower room.
- 1 separate toilet with a handbasin.
- 1 game room featuring a billiards table and a relaxation area with triple exposure: sea views (from 2 of the 3 bay windows) and a garden view (from the 3rd bay window), with direct access to a sea-view terrace.

OUTDOORS:
- A small, private, south-facing garden with a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
- 2 private parking spaces.

Children are very welcome :-). A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay requirements:
- 2 nights outside of school holidays.
- 4 nights during school holidays (excluding summer).
- 7 nights in July and August (Saturday to Saturday bookings only).
