We enjoyed our stay at Anchor Splash. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Beach access off of Sycamore street was less crowded than other areas. The close proximity to the beach made it easy to go back and forth between the beach and the house. The pool was spacious and secluded! The house itself was clean and well maintained. Communication with the property management - Seabreeze exceeded all expectations!

The house was nice and it's location so close to the beach was perfect. We were provided with enough paper products, dish and laundry detergent, hand soap,....to easily last the week.

Great location, beautiful home

Large comfortable 4 bedroom. Had a group of friends and we enjoyed the great location close to the beach and activities. Large pool was so much fun too!

This property is beautiful!

We stayed for a girls weekend and had the best time. This property is beautiful and ideally located. We could walk 5 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the shops. You can't beat it. The property itself is well maintained and clean. The pool and spa were perfect. It was just right for our group of 7 ladies. We loved it.

Loved staying at Anchor Splash. Seabreeze provided all the basic essentials. We enjoyed our experience at AMI and staying at the Anchor Splash rental. I would highly recommend Seabreeze vacation and Anchor splash.

We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay as close as possible to beach, we enjoyed walking less than a block to get there. The pool is a plus since we spent lots of time there too, this house has everything you might need to enjoy and relax during your vacation. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, very comfortable, felt like a new house, nice furnishings and decorations. Our very favorite things were the location and the pool. Nothing is better then jumping in the pool after walking back from the beach. Being able to walk to beach, restaurants, shops, and a short drive to other beaches like bean point at sunset or live music and beach volley ball at Manatee beach were highlights. Cant wait to come again!

Excellent Stay!

Anchor Splash was very comfortable for 4 adults and a 6 month old baby. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the living room and bedrooms provided us with plenty of space. The best part was we were only 2 minutes from the beach! We walked to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend the Sandbar Restaurant and Pizza Social. Thank you Seabreeze Vacation Rentals for the consistent communication and prompt service.

This was a charming home in a perfect location!

This was a charming home in a perfect location 2 minutes walking from the beach and 3 minutes walking to town. The house had everything we needed. The pool was warm and the air cooled down each night to keep us comfortable. I wouldn't call this a “luxury” home necessarily, but for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Our family of 5 had more than enough space and will look for this property again when we return.

AMI Oasis

The property was even closer to the beach than advertised and extremely well maintained. The pool was warm when we arrived and the family loved exploring the island from our rental. Highly recommended.

Everything was great!

Everything was great! I only have one complaint and that was the TV was not working in one of the bedrooms with the king-size bed we called and they said they would come out that day to fix it, but they never showed up a whole week. Other than that, we had a great time and it was a nice place.! we would definitely go back!

Had the most wonderful stay!

Had the most wonderful stay at Anchor Splash! Sea Breeze Vacations was wonderful to work with and had great communication following the hurricanes. The home was clean and beautiful with space for a big family. The kitchen was completely outfitted with dishes and cookware. Added benefit was the beach wagon, sand toys, and beach chairs. Absolutely beautiful pool and hot tub!
