Quiet multi-family large home only 4 miles from Glacier National Park's entrance

Halfmoon Hollow Lodge in West Glacier Montana is nestled in the woods just off the beaten path. Secluded, quiet and comfortable, our 3 connecting unit Lodge is located on 17 acres. Located just 4 miles from the West entrance to Glacier National Park and 1 mile from the beautiful Lake Five public access for fishing, swimming and kayaking and paddle boarding. Ask about local kayak and paddleboard rentals! You’re just moments away from so many wonderful activities! Our own private picnic spot overlooking Halfmoon Lake is just a short stroll from the Lodge down a wooded trial.

The space is perfect for extended families or larger groups. The main Lodge sleeps up to 16. Each of the 3 units in the Lodge is equipped with it's own kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living room.
Plenty of room to spread out and multiple cozy spaces to gather. Each unit has an interior connecting door that can be left open or shut and locked for privacy.

We have another rental unit on the property that sleeps 4, Halfmoon Bunkhouse listed on AIR bnb. Plus 2 addional camping spots are also available both with picnic tables. Inquire if you need additional space.

Halfmoon Hollow Lodge features modern log decor and bright clean open spaces.
Comfortable beds, high end linens and Pendleton wool blankets.

We offer a family friendly setting with a local host available.

West wing:
Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans and dishes. Cozy living room with a smart TV. Full bath with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed along with an addition queen futon located in the living room. Sleeps 6

Central unit:
Largest kitchen in the house, equipped with an full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, pots/pans and dishes for a large group. Large half bath off the large living/dining room with smart TV. Large upstairs room with one queen and 4 twins beds, a comfortable leather couch and playroom, a full bath with walk in shower and a sitting deck overlooking the back woods. Sleeps 6

East wing:
Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans and dishes. Cozy living room/dining room with smart TV. Full bath with walk in shower. Washer and dryer. 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with two twin beds. Sleeps 4

The back patio space, off the main kitchen, has three picnic tables, seating for a large group, a bbq grill and firepit all backing up to a beautiful view of the trees and forest on the edge of Glacier National Park.

We absolutely loved this property. We're a family of 16 who loves to travel to national parks- this house fit us perfectly. The best part was the loft area for all the grand kids, they loved having a place to sleep together. The location was phenomenal, with quick access to park entrance.

The cabin was great for our large group. It had three different kitchens which was very convenient. The location was prefect to visit GNP or many of the surrounding attractions. There are multiple common areas for people to relax and visit. We were very happy with the accommodations here.

Great place for multi family groups

While we shared the main kitchen, it was so nice to have the semi private spaces/bathrooms for each of the families in our group. We loved the fire pit and outdoor area.

An awesome property ! We used it as staging lodging for our wedding up in Glacier. We had 16 of us and it was a perfect set up. Full kitchen (we made Carbonara, a salad, and Garlic bread for the whole crew), great patio in the woods, comfy beds, all you could ask for ! Great comunication with the hosts.Dont hesitate to book this property !!

Perfect for multiple families or larger groups

For multiple families or larger groups, this is as good as it gets. 5 minutes from the west GNP entrance, 4 private bedrooms that would sleep 8, plus an upstairs area for 6 where we put the kids. Everyone had their own space, but also got to be together. We could not have had a better time or experience.

We stayed here for a family trip with my two older brother's family joining us. The house was excellent and served its purpose. The house was exactly like the pictures. It was nice that each wing had its own kitchen and actually made cooking faster. The loft or bedroom upstairs was actually the best part for the kids. They really enjoyed that room, especially the train tracks.

Great place near Glacier National Park

We stayed here with 3 families, with a total of 6 adults and 9 children. We had more than enough space. The home is well stocked. The location is ideal, being just a few minutes from Glacier National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for large group Glacier Park visit

House worked great for our group of 15, we were only minutes from the west part entrance and close to area towns. Very peaceful. Place is well stocked for any needs. Host is very responsive to any questions, I would highly recommend this for your stay in West Glacier area.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We enjoyed staying at your cabin and it allowed all family members to spread out! The kitchens were nice and spacious and we loved hanging out at night outside on the patio! Everyone was very helpful with our stay and answered all of our questions! We loved the proximity to the park and the quiet after a long day in the park! Great location - not sure you could get closer to Glacier National Park without a tent! We had a large group ... 12 adults and 4 children. We were thankful for the multiple kitchens as we had room to store our perishables and not step on one another during meal prep. The kitchens had most basic pots and pans and a mix of plates, bowls, silverware, and glasses.Having multiple bed- and bath- rooms made it easy to get away from the group for a nap, some reading, or just some space.The nice and large picnic tables in the yard with a fire pit made dining outside, campfire stories, and smores time easy!

Perfect location and amenities

Pictures do not do this house justice! Everything we needed was here. The unit was spotless clean as well. Perfect location so close to West Glacier entrance. There was an amazing backyard area too!

Perfect location

Very spacious home with ample room for a large group. Confortable large bedrooms. Family eating area in center of home with efficient kitchen and additional kitchens for storage. Upstairs sleeping area great for kids and playing games. Beautiful flowers in landscaping and patio. We had a great time and only minutes from entrance to Glacier.
