Birdsong Condominiums Beachfront a little slice of heaven

One Bedroom (king bed) one bathroom condo. Newly remodeled beach condo with a great beach vibe inside. Beach views are stunning, you walk out of the front door walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. New remodeled, new furniture, new paint and flooring. Condo includes one parking space, grocery store across the street about a 1/2 block away, restaurants and bars walking distance. Washer and dryer downstairs that is available (must bring quarters)
Heated swimming pool available, shuffle board, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach shower to use to clean off after a fun day at the beach. We have a queen blow up bed with sheets and extra blanket available. (upon request)

Master bedroom has beach and pool views. Living room has beach views.
Shuffle board and BBQ grill available outside in the common area.

Location of property was great being right off the beach. It is very convenient with the Publix store being close by the unit. Unit was very comfortable with most of the amenities of home. Furniture was comfortable.

Absolutely adorable condo steps from the beach. Parking was available and the one local who lived there was so nice!It’s clean and the bed was super comfy. The only complaint is the WiFi didn’t work very well. We will absolutely stay there again.

Nice stay in treasure island

The condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Its clean the well furnished its steps away from the beach has pool access and even a washer/dryer in unit. I highly recommend and will stay again!

The property was just as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk/drive to stores and restaurants. Beach right out the door. Loved the pool access next door. Swam daily. Pool, while not big, large enough for laps. Very well maintained. Would stay again.

Stay at Treasure Island

The property was as shown. Nicely decorated and right on the beach! Beautiful view of the sunset every evening. Walking distance to everything we wanted. (Publix across the street, great food close, live music within walking distance also. We had everything we needed!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Lowkey Vacation Spot

The property looks better than pictures posted. The place is super cozy and very easy to relax in. The location is very low key and not busy, even during the summer busy season. The location is also very convenient with a grocery store near by and plenty of restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location for Adult Travelers

This lovely condo is in the perfect spot for those who want low key and salt/sand therapy! Travis was wonderful and so easy to get in touch with if needed, but we really didn't need to. Everything we need is there and so very clean! First time ever in my many beach getaways that I didn't see not even one bug of any kind indoors! Almost everything is walking distance or very short drive, but it was also quiet and relaxing.

Excellent Place!

Wow! Photos of this place do not do it justice! Absolutely beautiful property. Newly updated and such a home feeling! I absolutely loved staying here and will be back without a doubt. Communication with Travis was excellent. It is right on the beach. The beach wasn’t busy at all and so beautiful. This place is an absolute steal. Was able to walk into any restraunt in the area and sit right down. Neighbors in the other condos were extremely friendly. Overall a neat little hole in the wall place that I will forever use for vacation. Thank you Travis! You made this my new home!!!

Beach escape

The location is great and is right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The living room and bedroom are newly updated but the kitchen and bathrooms are dated. Communication with property owner was great!

Hello We bought this unit in 2020 after many trips to Treasure Island over the last 30 years. My wife and I own a restaurant in Utah and live in the mountains of Utah part time and down in the suburbs close to our business the rest of the time. We love to spend a couple of weeks a month in Treasure Island. Being in the restaurant business has taught us about the importance of good service. We taken this practice with us and put our heart into this rental. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your stay.

This property was completely refurbished and remodeled January 2022
This property is in the heart of Treasure Island. We have spent 3 weeks here with no car before. Everything is within walking distance. They even offer a free shuttle that goes from St Pete Beach all the way down the coast to Clearwater Beach. All of the fun amusement parks are 1.5 hours away. You step out the door walk down a few stairs and you have your toes in the sand.
