1. A married student couple live on the property in the basement of the home (they will not use any common interior entrances or areas with the guests other than the outside laundry facilities).
2. This home is located in a neighborhood with children, wild chickens and cats. We can't control any of these (but enjoy watching them ;) so bringing ear plugs may be a good idea if you are a light sleeper.
3. Because of the students and the family neighborhood there are no parties allowed. The students and the security system will let us know of breeches of this rule.
