Luxury Condo With Ocean View Rooftop Pool Deck Heart of Romantic Zone Beach Area

Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath plus den. It is ideal for a solo traveler, couple, or a family with young children, traveling to Puerto Vallarta for a few days or to stay longer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate den features a twin daybed with trundle.

The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with a floor to ceiling sliding glass door (with remote control shades) that open to a step out balcony with seating for four guests. Living room has a Smart TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit.

The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), glassware and dishware, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.

Our condo is located on the fifth floor of The Park, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's "Romantic Zone", overlooking the beachfront, Lazaro Cardenas Park. The building is one block from Los Muertos Beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, gay clubs and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk). The building has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, a fitness center and expansive rooftop terrace with amazing ocean, city and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, lounge furniture, outdoor gas grill, restrooms and a small kitchenette.

The rental covers all utilities (WiFi, water, gas, electricity), plus access to The Park Condominiums’ facilities, including the fitness center and rooftop pool deck. You’ll also have convenient amenities like an in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bath and pool towels, linens, and a welcome supply of household essentials are provided.

Rentals for 7+ days include housekeeping service once a week.

We own several other condos in the same building and in nearby Nuevo Vallarta and can accommodate groups of friends or family and offer discounts for renting multiple units or longer-term monthly stays. You can see more photos on IG under sea salt rentals.

Seamless and most enjoyable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is excellent. I’m sensitive to noise. Ten years visiting PV, this is by far my favorite location and the building is very quiet. The condo was awesome! We loved the pool and were surprised that the gym was well equipped. I will return next year to this condo.

Great spot in the middle of a Renaissance.

3 nights. Great location. Easy check in. Cleaner helped me get situated and connected. Expected grill on balcony. My bad . Should have looked at ad closer. Neighborhood going through renovations and will be for years. I dont think owners represented that well enough. Pool area un usable during some noisy work across st. Work going on on almost every side. That being said i slept really well on very comfortable bedding. Kitchen needs a bit more of the staples. So salt and pepper. Not a thing reall excfor 1 packet of coffee and a few splendas.

Perfect location

Our stay at this property was short, but lovely. It was immaculate and totally comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. Chirsitian and his mom are wonderful hosts.

Quiet spacious condo in fantastic location

My husband and I rented this place for 4 nights and we loved it. As noted in the listing, the building is in the heart of Zona Romantica, which is Puerto Vallarta’s gayborhood. It’s hard to overstate how close it is to the main attractions here—a block away from the beach and the boardwalk, and adjacent to Cardenas park, which sometimes becomes a food and crafts market. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It’s also a short walk to all the great restaurants and bars of the neighborhood. The king bed was very comfortable, and despite being in the middle of everything, the apartment is very quiet—we slept well each night. There are surprisingly powerful air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the open kitchen/living room, of which we made good use. We had friends over for drinks one night and hired a chef for a private dinner on the balcony another night; I have to say we felt pretty “fancy” and never felt cramped for space. It was also nice to be able to stumble out of bed and have a light breakfast before having to pretty up and venture outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This was the 1st time staying in this building which is centrally located to everything: bars, restaurants, beach and etc. The host was very kind and helpful. The overall space is much larger then you’ll think. Very airy and spacious. The condo has a great layout. I was very disappointed about the pool not being open, main reason why I selected this building base on photos. I didn’t realize the pool wasn’t open until I got there. I went back to review the details of the condo to find the pool would be closed. The details of the closure was buried within the fine print. If would’ve saw that, I wouldn’t have booked. I would suggest to lead with the pool closure within the details. As well, multiple units within the building had construction going on. Noise from the construction started early and went all day. There were WiFi issues that was somewhat resolved. The WiFi continued to go in and out. I would suggest getting a better router and router extension. It made it difficult to work. Overall, the space is great and host was responsive when I reached out.

Our condo is well appointed with everything you will need to stay for a few days or for a longer-term stay. This unit is bright with lots of natural daylight in the living area, features contemporary furnishings and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a balcony overlooking Lazaro Cardenas Park with partial ocean views and seating for four guests. We are only one block from Los Muertos Beach!
