Come stay in style, in this wonderful 3 bedroom/2 bath home centrally located in the Medical Center. 1.5 miles from Houstons renounced medical center, Rice University are; .5 miles from NRG stadium. Shopping, restaurants, sporting events are close by. The home has hardwood throughout, stained concrete kitchen floor, and charming retro-bathrooms. The central location makes it the perfect place to stay, with easy freeway access, grocery stores, target, Starbucks and much more within minutes. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, stainless appliances, W/D, wireless internet, smart TV's, and outdoor grill.
This wonderful home is comfortable for all - family, kids, traveling for work, visiting fun or a sporting event.

The eat in kitchen seats 4 and the dinning room is perfect for gatherings (seats 6). Relax in the sitting room off the kitchen. You will feel right at home and enjoy the cozy feel of this house.

Back porch has outdoor grill and patio seating with fenced in yard.

Very convenient and comfortable

This was a very nice place to stay - far better than basically any of the hotels within a reasonable distance. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to stay near the Houston Medical Center.

Quiet and good location in Houston!

The location is easy to get to many places in downtown and Bellaire ares of Houston. The house had nice spaces to visit or watch tv.

Perfect spot for NRG Event!

Here for an event at NRG for the whole family (grandma, spouse, kids) and it was perfect! Great communication and tons of room to spread out.

Comfy home in a lovely neighborhood

The home is centrally located and the neighborhood was great for walks. We loved the comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Best of all, the kitchen was better stocked than most places I’ve rented. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries the communication was great.

Outstanding Hosts, Wonderful Location

Our group stayed 16 nights at this clean, comfortable, and cozy home near NRG Stadium. The Houston Livestock Show brought us to town and we needed a home away from home. There is no doubt we recommend that you stay at this home! Thank you for taking care of us!

Convenient to medical center and well stocked

We rented on short notice due to an urgent need in the medical center area. The owner was very responsive, communicative, available, and kind. The home was very well stocked in the kitchen, more than any VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We really appreciated the service and stay.

2 week stay for medical treatment

Neighborhood super quiet, close and convenient to MD Anderson. House remodeled- had a maintenance issue with circuit breaker in kitchen but otherwise worked out well for us as home base. Appreciated extra towels and well stocked kitchen.

Great value in Med Center area

The home is surprisingly big with lots of room for a family to spread out. We loved reading in the sunny sitting room, and the formal living area was great for watching TV at night. The house is older but has been nicely renovated (heads up: water temp in showers can be inconsistent). Overall, a fantastic amount of space for the price. Perfect location for getting to and from the Med Center.

Beautiful home at a great location!

It checked every box on my wish list: proximity to Rice University, safe neighborhood, cleanness and comfortable beds. We didn’t use the kitchen much but I can tell it is well equipped. Owner Charissa is extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We could not park our car in the garage because the door was not working. But it was not a big problem as driveway parking is quite safe. Love the house and will book again when we visit Houston!

LOCATION.... LOCATION... LOCATION! Centrally located minutes from the Texas Medical Center, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The house is 1.5 miles from the Medical Center, 1 mile from NRG Stadium, 2 miles from Rice University Area, Great shopping at the Galleria (5 miles), and our fantastic food scene.
