Lovely Okoboji Condo

This 3rd floor condo has a great view of East Lake Okoboji. The master bedroom has a king bed, with attached master bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 triple twin size bunk beds (150 lb weight limit). It sleeps 10, but are able to sleep an additional 3 using the couch and self inflating air mattress.

The wrap around covered deck is great to watch the sunsets, and comes with a patio set and grill. The tile kitchen has all stainless steel appliances as well as all of your basic cookware. The condo has in unit laundry, 3 flat screen TV's with ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu provided, as well as an electric fireplace.

Your stay comes with 6 passes to the on-site waterpark daily (hours below), and there is also a pool and playground located outside the building. Within walking distance of a basketball court and gym (inside Hotel) and much more. Easy access to the lake and fishing! The restaurants on the property include Bracco's and Waterfront Grille.

Friday: 4-10pm
Saturday: 9am-10pm
Sunday: 9am-5pm
Summer (Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day) is 9am-10pm daily.

This condo was very well maintained and had everything we needed. All details were well communicated prior to check in. We loved sitting on the deck looking at the view. There are lots of near by places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host, great condo, great view!

We always enjoy staying at Bridges Bay, and this condo didn’t disappoint. The decor and useful items were just what we needed - the kitchen is well-appointed. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was slick, especially when I was enroute without the pertinent email for unlocking the door due to an email system glitch, but the host was easy to reach and we got it figured out quickly. I would just suggest to have the cleaners pay a touch more attention to dusting the corners or the ceilings and floors for dust bunnies and a couple of cobwebs, but overall the place was well-kept and lovely! We would rent it again!

Our family had a family wedding at Arnold’s Park. The condo is very clean, lots of rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Best part was having our breakfast on the deck while enjoying the view of the lake.

Great Okoboji Condo!

We had a great stay at Bryan’s condo for MEA. Our girls enjoyed the indoor waterpark and we enjoyed the location and view of the lake. Nice big deck to watch the sunset! Will definitely be back!

FABULOUS CONDO ON THE LAKE

Bryan, the owner was extremely helpful! The condo is nicely furnished, immaculate ,great location. Parking is a bit of a problem if you want to park in front of the condo, although, plenty of parking.on the property! Great weekend for my 70th Spirit Lake High School reunion.

Would have been 5 * if it was clean when we moved in

Considering the fact we had to pay for cleaning when we left, we expected a clean place we arrived. Crumbs everywhere, sticky kids prints on the appliances, fingerprints on the glass door, sticky door handle. IF ANYONE ACTUALLY TRIED TO CLEAN, THEY APPARENTLY USED THE SAME RAG THROUGHOUT. Great condo, great hosts & awesome view!

We love staying at the Bridges Bay condos and have for many years. This particular condo has a phenomenal view of East Okoboji lake, was clean and updated. The check-in and checkout process was seamless with very little required of gas. The stay included free park passes, and besides a couple issues having to reconnect Wi-Fi, all amenities were superb. Highly recommended!

Trip down memory lane

My grandparents had a time share in Okoboji and rhe last time I was there was about 34 or so years ago. My grandparents have since passed and as I have gotten older, wanting to revisit those cherished memories and feel closer to them. So much has changed in Arnold's park and the area, I barely recognized anything. It was first time visit for ny husband. Our stay at the condo made the trip so pleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the deck playing farkle, watching the sunset on the frozen lake. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I would definitely stay again.
