All the furnishings are as comfortable as they are stylish with tropical touches like vases filled with seashells and decorative plants. The interior is brightened by the rays of sunlight entering through the sliding glass doors.

The spacious kitchen is both stylish and practical, blending modern appliances and cookware with a granite counter island and barstool chairs. The kitchen also includes a sliding glass window overlooking the lanai so you can prepare and deliver dinner with fragrant tropical breezes from the canal.

The tropical theme follows into the bedrooms, with their floral and oceanic fabrics, bright colors and windows with lanai and outdoor views. The master bedroom offers direct access to the lanai. The master bathroom features a bathtub, walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. Every bedroom comes with ample closet and drawer space.

The house is located on a canal, making the lanai both picturesque and peaceful, with an unparalleled water view. Since the lanai faces south, you’ve got a full day of sun to swim in the heated pool and eat lunch on the covered table that the family chef prepared on the gas grill.

After lunch, head down to your own private dock, where you can keep your boat or jet ski or dangle your feet in the water spending a little quality time observing your new neighbors, the dolphins and manatees. At the end of the day, the furnished lanai gives you the perfect vantage point while the setting sun turns the sky bright orange.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bicycles to explore the Island and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
