A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate.
The washer and dryer are available at the property with extra charge.

the kitchen is equipped with the basics to cook.
All rooms have 1 Smart TV, not cable. You will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc.
A Sofa bed in the living room + queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Smart lock - Instructions will be sent by message.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
