Nuestra Mot Mot Villa fue diseñada exclusivamente para fusionar los estilos moderno y mediterráneo.
La casa se puede abrir completamente a la terraza, lo que permite una experiencia de vida tropical al aire libre y permite que la suave brisa refresque el interior de la villa.
Entre las 4 habitaciones hospitalarias (2-King, 2-Queen, 1-2 camas individuales adicionales disponibles a pedido), todas con aire acondicionado, y 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, la villa puede descansar cómodamente a 8-10 de sus amigos más cercanos.
El amplio dormitorio principal con cama extragrande tiene acceso a una terraza. El nivel inferior tiene acceso completo al área de la cubierta y la piscina.

The location of this home is amazing! It’s up the hill from the town so quiet and safe. We woke up to howler monkeys each morning and had several spider monkeys visit the porch! Sitting outside during a downpour was such an experience! There is a great hike up at the top of the community that leads to a waterfall and swimming hole that our kids loved too! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Very private with a nice clean pool.

The property was very clean private and quit. Beds were great. No bugs was a great plus. We enjoy our stay and will defiantly come back. We caught so may fish with Three Brothers Charter. Great stay.

Great place.

Property was clean, up to date, and nicely finished. Location was convenient and communication was excellent. We had a couple of short lived power outages and had to have AC reset. Not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

This house had everything we needed for our quick 3 day stay.

The process to rent the home was simple and the property manager was very easy to talk to. This home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! We came from another VRBO that had very low-end beds that gave us horrible backaches. It was a relief to sleep in this hime for the end of our Costa Rica trip.

Great location to access the area. Right in the middle of everything. Loved being nestled in a dense forest, seeing monkeys and numerous birds. Favorite moment was sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool listening to the driving thunderstorms and smelling the wet forest and fresh rain!

We had a wonderful stay in the Mot Mot villa! Andres & Dorit were so helpful!! We can’t say enough how much we appreciated all of there assistance. The house was great. Clean and comfortable. Just amazing to be able to watch monkeys swing through the trees behind your home!

Beautiful house in a great location!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa MotMot! The house was exactly as described and very spacious. AC was wonderful and we also really enjoyed the pool. We loved watching the monkeys in the trees every day of our stay. As noted by previous visitors the driveway is steep, but manageable. The property managers for Manuel Antonio Estates were very helpful during our stay with questions and assistance getting a taxi. The house and neighborhood feels very safe, but always lock your valuables up when you are out. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation!

Mot Mot was a perfect spot for me and my grown kids to enjoy the holiday week. The house is comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed being able to walk into Quepos for local food and sights. The hosts Andres and Julio were amazingly helpful with recommendations and assistance for local food, tours, taxis and even coffee shops! It was great to have our own personal "local guides" at every step. My only complaint? It rained for 24 hours during the "dry season" on our last day so we couldn't visit Andres' "favorite beach". Next time! I would definitely stay at Manuel Antonio Estates again.

Nice week in the sun

House was super clean, bigger than I expected with the photos. We were 6 adults and we were super comfortable. The pool was perfect, cleaned a few time over the week. We enjoyed the monkeys in the trees around and the jungle. Would have been nice to have a table outside to eat though. Also, the house is located at the beginning of the property, but it's a sportive walk because of the elevation of the road. We didn't rent a car, but realized it would have been a better idea because everything is a bit far and hard to walk. Quepos is calm at night, so if you want to party you have to go out in Manuel Antonio, but the bus stop around 21h00. The beaches are far also, so, rent a car!

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mot Mot. The property was clean and comfortable for the entire family. Andres was welcoming, friendly and helpful. He always responded quickly to our many questions. The best part of this location, by far, was all the wildlife right off the back porch. We saw 3 different types of monkeys, a sloth (which sat in a tree for 3 full days), and a variety of iguanas and birds. The monkeys came right up to the house and were truly a sight to behold. The property is within walking distance to everything in Quepos. Quepos is not very touristy, which we preferred. It was quite hot during our stay, so having the air conditioning at night was wonderful. We did not rent a car and got around quite easily via taxi and transportation provided with the various activities. Highly recommend!

Incredible home. We walked in to find a large bowl of fresh fruit and a giant vase with thr most beautiful flowers. The pool Is the perfect temp, and the back patio is just wonderful. The rainforest comes alive at night with so many sounds. Loved this place. The only MINOR drawback is the steep hill. You don’t need a 4WD to get up there but turning the car around to leave is a bit tricky. My advice is to park once and cab it while there. It’s very inexpensive.
