Welcome to our cabin in the pines that sits on the 5th fairway of the cabin golf course on a secluded acre in the gated community of Torreon in Show Low. The cabin is newly constructed by Cambric Homes and boasts a 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home with more than 2300 sf. The home sits on a secluded and very quiet cul-de-sac which is great if you want the kids to play out front and sit in the rocking chairs at the front door.

The oversized master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable Temper-Pedic mattress to fall into each night. The master also has large vaulted ceilings with a soaking tub, dual sinks, granite counters, and a full walk-in shower. You can also access the oversized patio directly from the master bedroom patio door.

Bedroom #2 is a secondary master bedroom that has its own private en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and a comfortable new Simmons plush pillow-top mattress. You can also access the back patio from the bedroom patio door as well.

Bedroom #3 has a double over twin bunkbed with new Simmons Plush pillow-top mattresses. This room also has a closet for use.

Bedroom #4 is off the living room and closes off with double doors and comes with a full-sized memory foam pull-out sofa bed. This room also has its own closet

The kitchen has granite countertops with a beautiful 6 burner Wolf stainless steel gas range sure to please any chef. In addition to all of the cooking accessories needed to cook while at the cabin. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with a built-in microwave, dishwasher, and French door refrigerator.

The large living/family room has a large flat-screen TV that sits on the beautiful stoned fireplace. The TV has YouTube TV for live TV and on-demand movies. Netflix and Amazon are available for use with your own login details. The large living room has several large windows to overlook the pines.

The most talked-about and favorite amenity of the cabin is the oversized back patio. The patio is raised making guests feel like they are sitting in the trees. The patio has a large gas fire pit with several couches around it to enjoy a glass of wine or make smores with the entire group. The patio also has a brand new pottery barn patio table set to enjoy meals outside. You can also find the built-in Porche infrared deluxe BBQ on the patio to make your meals.

All vacation rentals have paper products for their stays included.

Please note:
To keep the home secured the home does have surveillance cameras (ring) devices OUTSIDE the home only be used for security purposes.
We have a ring camera doorbell as well as a camera above the front door. We also have a camera at the garage to keep a watchful eye on cars in the driveway and a camera at the patio deck door to monitor safety to that door.
Please note these cameras are only monitored and send us notifications when the home is not rented and vacant. We have a high expectation of privacy for our guests and we turn these cameras and notifications off for our renters not to be under surveillance while enjoying our home (as we would also wish when we rent VBRO homes as well). Again we monitor these cameras outside the home only while it is vacant. Rest assured not only is it illegal, but we do not have any such devices inside the home. Please note our garage is usually locked as we have peraonal effects inside.

**TORREON AMENITIES**

Please note that Torreon has changed its policy regarding the use of amenities by renters (swimming pool/hot tub, family center, fitness center, tennis courts). Homeowners may transfer their amenity privileges to up to a maximum of four guests. The fee is $250 for the first guest and $75 for each additional guest. Also, the number of transfers is limited to two per month, so access to amenities will be offered to renters on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing access to the Torreon amenities as part of your rental. If so, the additional charges will be added to your invoice. Just to note, you can still use the playground and eat in the clubhouse as it is public. Reservations strongly encouraged. Show Low also has a wonderful indoor pool with large play water slides for the family if interested a mile away as well as many other beautiful lakes/trails/hikes and Porter Mountain Stables for family horseback riding. Also, you can check out the year-round open Sunrise Ski Resort for family fun all year.
