This home was in a great location with a family friendly neighborhood. Besides the quiet cul-de-sac set up, there were also sidewalks for our daily walks. The home was spacious and had every amenity that one could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home in Itasca

Bob was a wonderful host! The home was clean, and peaceful, in a quiet community. Communication was great, and the host took care of all of our needs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

This home is a gem, well situated in a quiet community setting but with ready access to major highways and the Itasca rail station. Visitors will find it in excellent condition, clean and extremely well furnished with whatever they need for a comfortable stay. They will also find the owners to be personable and responsive. The whole place is decorated in such an attractive style that I wish I could hire their decorator to come give my own home a makeover.

A Very Comfortable, well-appointed home.

My husband and I were there for Thanksgiving week, and my 70th birthday. We split our time between the VRBO rental and our son and family's home in Arlington Heights. We love the layout of the Itasca home, with wide open spaces that flow together and are great for entertaining. The master bathtub is deep and luxurious and the beds extremely comfortable. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Having a garage was a bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place… will definitely be booking this home again!!

We travel to Chicago several times a year, usually stay with family or at a hotel. Because this stay was a little longer, and over the holidays, we decided we wanted more room for guests. This townhouse was EXACTLY what we needed! Perfect 2 bedroom with office. Just enough space to relax and entertain our family and friends. It was incredibly clean and offers everything you could possibly need for your stay! Bob stayed in touch with us and answered every question we had. The location was great for the suburbs, close to several highways, and Schaumburg is loaded with restaurants, shopping, bars and things to do. We will definitely be connecting with these hosts for our future stays. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!

Beautiful house

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful house located in Itasca. From start to finish, my experience with was nothing short of fantastic. The house itself was located in a peaceful neighborhood that was just a short drive away from highways. The property was immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, with great bedding and plenty of storage space for our belongings. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare delicious meals and dine together as a family. The backyard was also a great space for us to spend time together, with a well-maintained lawn. Throughout our stay, we were impressed with the level of communication and support provided by the host. The host was always available to answer any questions we had and was quick to address any issues that arose. We also appreciated the detailed information provided about the house and surrounding area, which made it easy for us to plan our activities and explore the neighborhood. Overall, I would highly recommend this particular house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Chicago suburbs. The combination of a beautiful property, excellent communication, and easy-to-use app made for an unforgettable experience.

Bob and April are the Best Host We Ever Experienced by Far!

Bob and April exceeded all levels of: consideration, compassion, respect and courtesy. We sold our house quickly in this area and rented this house for the transition to our new house which is being built. We were local to this area and Bob along with April had us over twice (2 weeks and then 1 week prior to check in) to make sure the place was acceptable to us. Just amazing hosts! Bob and April were genuinely concerned about us and our needs. They were committed and determined make sure we had everything we needed to very minor details. Never have experienced this with any host ever! Bob and April put our comfort and needs at top priority. We have been so blessed! The house is great and exceeded our expectations and this area is much better than the area from which we sold our house. The neighborhood is outstanding. The Springbrook nature center is 2 minutes away. We visited the nature center every day we could possibly do so. We have been very privileged and blessed to have met Bob and April and this place was as if it ere God sent.
