Great weekend!

Our stay was phenomenal! Even with not great weather, we still enjoyed to pool and hot tub. The beds were super comfy and with 8 adults, it never felt too crowded.

Perfect Hamptons Weekend

My husband and I visited for a short last minute getaway, and this home was exactly as described. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful, property very peaceful and home was immaculate. I can’t wait for our next visit!

Our favorite home away from home

This was our second time staying at Ashley’s Amagansett home and it is nothing short of amazing. The location, pool and cleanliness of the home made us return for another summer and as a result, my family and friends have everlasting memories for a lifetime. I also appreciate Ashley’s efficient and quick communication with the entire booking process and during the stay. Thank you so much for another wonderful year!

Absolutely Amazing

Ashley's property was simply stunning. The pictures do not do justice it is 10 times better in person! She was easy to coordinate with and had great communication. The house is spotless, modern and brand new with plenty of space for a group to be comfortable for their stay. The outdoor area has every thing you could ever need. The house really made our vacation, we will be back for sure!

Wonderful house.

Fabulous house and property. Well stocked. Spotless. One of the four bedrooms was in the basement, which was beautiful, but….. The yard, hot tub and pool were all beautiful and delightful. The only drawback was it’s next to a train track that is frequently used and near a railroad crossing which necessitated the engineer to loudly and repeatedly blow his ear splitting horn to warn people of its arrival at the crossing, very important, but not conducive to sleeping. Our three year old loved watching the trains go by during the day. The house would be worth bringing sound machines to sleep. It’s really a beautiful, seemingly brand new, contemporary house. Also its location is close to the beach and shopping area and many wonderful restaurants. Ashley was happy to answer questions Re: apple picking and left us a welcome note and a nice bottle of Prosecco. Overall a very nice experience.

Perfect for a small group

We had a few couples stay the weekend in the hamptons and the house is the perfect size. Amenities were very nice and updated. Communication with hosts was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay!

What a fantastic weekend! The property was immaculate, clean & exactly as pictured. Check in was seamless, and our host Ashely was nothing but lovely and informative throughout the entire booking process. The outdoor pool area in particular was hands down the best part of our stay- we rarely wanted to leave the property! The personal welcome note & bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge was also an excellent touch. 10/10!

Girls getaway weekend

Had the most incredible time at this house! The house is all new appliances, open, spacious, with a gorgeous backyard. We had a blast and would highly recommend. Short walk into town as well. The host Ashley was also very responsive and accommodating. Hope to be back soon!

Birthday golf outing

We celebrated my 17yr olds bday with him and his 2 friends with a golf weekend in montauk and chose this home because of the location and it’s beauty… This house is better than advertised. It’s absolutely breathtaking, very clean and very welcoming. The property owner Ashly was very accommodating and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. I would absolute stay here again. It was the perfect house for a perfect weekend. Thank you Ashley again for renting out your amazing place and for helping make my sons 17th bday a memorable one…

Wonderful home!

Ashley was very responsive and saved us when our other home booking fell through! Our stay was wonderful and the home was far more spacious than the pictures let on. The patio/pool area is stunning and the house is well stocked with dishes, serving platters, glasses, etc. Two things some guests may want to be aware of - (1) There are cameras at all of the entrances which was fine but I hadn’t seen indicated in the property description. There were no cameras inside as far as we could tell. (2) The house does not have any basic ingredients (e.g. salt, pepper). This again didn’t impact our stay but a good thing for folks to be aware of when planning their visit! Overall would highly recommend this home and a big thank you to Ashley for being such a communicative and gracious host.

PERFECT GETAWAY

This house is amazing for a girls weekend getaway! Ashley was very responsive when we needed help with some electronics and has a great home. We went in September were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and night time. The house is in a great location to go into town, visit wineries, and take a trip to Montauk! I definitely will be booking again!!

An amazing stay!!

First off, the owner of this location went above and beyond from the start! She was so helpful with ideas and contact information for local events, establishments and and various things we might need in the area. She was beyond accommodating and easy to converse with, she even had a welcome bottle of champagne waiting for us that just made us feel so special. The property far exceeded expectations. It seemed like it was newly renovated with top of the line appliances and tech. It was so clean and well put together it is hard to believe that it was a rental property. The rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was wide open and easy to use. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were amazing and and really set the place up for a relaxing time. The house was set back and away from everything. It is a very peaceful and luxurious place to get away and unwind. We will absolutely be using her services again, and quite possibly this property as well.
