One Bedroom Cottage

The Cottage is constructed with a condo-like feel. Your comfort is ensured with in-floor radiant heat, cosy electric fire and air conditioning. A kitchen with a cook top, refrigerator, microwave and a sink is provided for your convenience. Silverware dishes pots and pans etc are provided. Bedding and towels are also supplied.
The Cottage has a tub tucked into the master suite.

During the winter months we recommend a four wheel drive to manage our driveway. We do get it plowed and sanded but it is on a hill.

Another great weekend at Hillside

Cozy, restful cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at one of the Hillside Cottages. Beautiful area, loved the scotch and shortbread that awaited us when we arrived. Cottage was clean, whirlpool tub was wonderful. Loved everything about it!

Amazing getaway

Anniversary getaway

We were extremely satisfied with the cottage during our stay. Everything you would need is provided, everything was clean and inviting right down to the welcome shots and shortbread. Check in was extremely easy, cottage is in a nice private area yet not far from shopping, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

McLeod Cottage

We needed extra sleeping space for a large family gathering at nearby Papoose Pone and McLeod Cottage was just what we needed: cozy and comfortable one-bedroom cottage in the hills convenient to Norway, ME. Everything was in working order and perfectly matched the online description. Easy to find following the host's directions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Scottish shortbread and welcome note were a nice touch when we checked in. We would be happy to stay here again.

Maine Vacation

This was a Fabulous Cottage. With a Lovely setting. The atmosphere was perfect 👍 as well as the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was perfect for a romantic evening❤️ I would recommend the Hillside Cottages for anyone that wants to enjoy the Mountain experience!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The cabin was perfect. Wife and I got away for a long weekend and couldn't have chosen a better place. Everything we needed was there, clean and ready to go. Peter was a great host and communication was great. The location was peaceful and private yet 10 minutes from anything we needed. Can't wait to go back again.

Really cute, roomy, cozy, and well equipped.

Cozy cute, quaint cabin, nice deck, peaceful. Hill is steep as described but especially if it snows but they shoveled and sanded which was great! Not far from town. Nice lil spot.

We love this place!

This was our second time staying in the cottages and we love it. So welcoming and personalized no need to check in ur cottage is unlocked with a key waiting inside for you. Owner's always have eyes on the area and just a call away. Cottages are warmed through the floor, comfy and cozy with a fireplace.

McLeod Cottage

Excellent property. Well outfitted, extremely clean . Loved the Scottish decor and the Scottish whiskey and Shortbreads were a great welcoming treat. Would definitely recommend this facility to family in the area and friends. Hope to return soon.

Cute little cabin getaway!

I rented this cabin for a weekend retreat for my husband and I. This cabin was exactly what we had in mind. Cozy, clean, comfortable bed, and the whirlpool tub was the cherry on top! Lots of great places to eat and explore. We went on a long hike and had a great weekend! Thanks so much!

Nice and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very cute, cozy, and clean! We had our own personal space, a nice sitting area on the side deck, and a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom...so much better than a hotel room! The Scottish welcome (shots of scotch and shortbread) was great! We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great Stay
