Welcome to Casa Corazon. This 6-bedroom and 8-bath room, spacious villa features both indoor and outdoor living & dining space. It is the first of only six custom homes in La Reserva, a new and exclusive part of the gated Hacienda de Mita neighborhood which is ideally located inside the gates of Punta Mita.

As a resident guest of Casa Corazon you will have private access reserved solely for Hacienda de Mita giving you direct walking access to restaurant row in the quaint and little pueblo town of Punta de Mita. You will also have inclusive access to the private beach club at Hacienda de Mita with their pool, jacuzzi, and other amenities, all located on a beach that sits directly at the famous surf break of El Anclote.

Casa Corazon has 4 master suites and two shared bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and 3 of our bedrooms have amazing outdoor showers. Each bedroom uses high quality bedding leaving you feeling as though you are sleeping in one of the world's most esquisite resorts! As you enter any of the bedrooms you will be enchanted with their uniqueness and comfort. Every bedroom has HD wall mounted TVS, plenty of sitting and relaxing space and either garden views or ocean and golf views!

The villa comes with the use of two Casa Corazon 6-person golf carts and member access to the residents only beach clubs inside the gates of Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a 1,500-acre private peninsula that is home to the Four Seasons Punta Mita, St. Regis Punta Mita, and 16 sub-communities. Punta Mita is located on the north end of Banderas Bay in the Mexican state of Nayarit, about 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Enjoy visiting the brand new "El surf club", Sufito Beach Club with stunning views of the pier and bay, Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club and the St Regis Beach Club with our premier pass with golf. Enjoy the comforts and privacy of the villa and lounge around by the private pool, play games in the expansive back yard including sandy area that is perfect for kids or sand sports. The backyard is overlooking the Jack Nicklaus golf course and the amazing ocean vistas. Our amazing staff will be there to cater to your every need. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks can all can be prepared for you poolside, or choose to dine at one of the villa's indoor or outdoor dining areas. You will enjoy Sonos throughout the home all accessible from your smart phone.

The home has fiber internet and each room is equipped with 4K TVs. Our cozy media room with a state-of-the-art sound system can have the wooden shutters closed for a mid-afternoon movie break for those tired from the sun or the large windows/sliding doors can be opened to overlook the home's central lagoon where you can watch fish, turtles, lizards, and the most beautiful butterflies and dragonflies. Casa Corazon was designed and built to allow privacy for all our guests while bringing plenty of common area space to create lasting family memories. The patio decks off of the rooms sitting on the lagoon are perfect for some morning yoga. Try iut our meditation bench that you access by crossing from stone to stone over the lagoon to get to ithe most perfect place to read, take in the natural beauty or find some moments of mindful meditation among the plants, birds & sounds of Casa Corazon.

Dining and food is a big part of the Mexican culture and the experience at Casa Corazon and our modern kitchen is a dream for every chef. Our resident chef, Yuri prepares daily breakfast and lunch at the Villa and your group is sure to enjoy all of her specialties as well as any requests you make for dietary preferences. Though breakfast, lunch and daytime snack and drink preparation is included in the rental rate, the cost of groceries is not included and will be an additional cost collected on site. Allow our staff to take care of all your needs. The villa features a custom outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven and a Wolf premium built-in coffee maker for some of the best morning wake-up mugs coming straight from the kitchen.
